Excellent Service
We have just bought a house with Strutt & Parker and have found them friendly, fair and transparent throughout the whole process. Victoria has been quick to reply and chase things up, as well as very reasonable and understanding throughout, taking both sides’ considerations into account. Thank you so much for ensuring that the process went so smoothly Victoria.

Took 3 attempts to get a call back but eventually worked out.....
Update - I was finally contacted by AndrewHarwood on Tuesday 12th. He was suitably apologetic and arranged to come to appraise our home personally on the 13th which he did in a very professional manner. On this basis, I have upgraded my review from 1 star to 4. Contacted Nicholas on chat service twice, 02nd and 05th Mar to arrange a visit by one of their valuers. No one called back in response to either contact. I was surprised and disappointed and so sent an e-mail to Andrew Harwood on 06th Mar, their Residential Director in Sevenoaks to make him aware and ask someone to call me as matter or urgency. No call back as of 09th Mar. Shocking. If that's how they deal with Sellers, what opportunities being missed with potential buyers??

We had a wonderful experience with Strutt & Parker but specifically Charles. As first-time buyers, Charles made the process as straightforward as possible and was always at the end of the line for any questions that we had, making a somewhat otherwise daunting experience feel exciting and manageable.

Strutt and Parker acted as sellers for a property I was buying and as usual provided a great service. Susanna, Annabel and James were very helpful and supportive in what proved to be a very difficult purchase process. I’ve bought and sold with Strutts in the past and would happily use them again.

We have bought and sold property in a number of different countries, but it's a while since we bought in London. Even though Sarah was acting for the vendor, she was extremely helpful to us throughout the entire process, making valuable introductions to local experts and contractors.

Terrible, unprofessional and lacked any customer service
I thought carefully about writing this review as normally I wouldn't take the time to do such a thing. But I really thought that this S&P office in St Albans were very unprofessional and lacked any customer service. However, I must say there was a Secretary who I spoke to who was lovely. Just to give some context, I responded to an ad for a 2 bed property. I received no response therefore emailed the agent directly. Again, no response. So i emailed again. Finally after 4 days, the agent called. I am a nurse so they left a message asking me to contact them. I'm a nurse so was unable to call until that evening, so I text the agent asking to view. Again, no response. I text 3 times that day, no response. I called around 5.30 that evening and left a voicemail. The next day, I again received no response to which I text again stating i'd email, text, and called and no response so was there someone else I should speak with. At this point the agent called me back early that afternoon. We arrange to view the property on Monday. When I attended, the usual show around was done and I advised I'd be putting in an offer. I advised, I needed to move quickly, and would appreciate him letting me know asap. He said as soon as he got in his car he would email me the details. This was mid-afternoon. It was only later in the evening that I received the email asking three things - offer, job title, who'd be living there, and moving date. Which I completed immediately. To this day - I never received an acknowledgement of that email or a response. In fact, despite sending him again a couple of further emails asking him to response he did not. We led to me contacting the office, then a colleague 3 days later. She advised me that the landlord had accepted another offer, which was now going through referencing. She said that she would speak to the said graduate agent. Following this, you'd of thought you'd have received and apology from him BUT nothing.Whilst I appreciate people are busy, but given the current situation in the world, how difficult it is moving home customer service and kindness is key. If you cannot provide a good service to the number of people you invite in, invite less and instead do a good job.
Thank you for your feedback and raising your concern. Please respond with your contact details so we can look into this.

Recently completed on a house marketed by Strutt & Parker, with the assistance of Victoria Rose.Victoria has gone above and beyond both pre-completion and post. Let’s just say we had a few teething problems following completion yet despite the fact that the role of Strutt & Parker (& more importantly Victoria’s) had been fulfilled, she was there day and night to assist.A massive thanks to Victoria. Strutt & Parker are lucky to have you.

Edward Church of the Canterbury office…
Edward Church of the Canterbury office having taken over from another Estate Agent managed a complicated probate estate sale. After a lack of interest in the sale as a whole he devised a 3 lot plan that has, with his patience and persistence delivered a result. His professional and courteous manner and common sense got us over the line.

Andrew Ligertwood from Strutt & Parker was incredible.
From the first time we met Andrew we felt confident he was the person to take our home to market. He understood us, how much a home we had built and lived in for 30 years was a bittersweet move, however the time was right to down size.

A Very Personable Execellent Agent
William Allison of the Summertown Office.I have had two viewings with Will this week and felt I needed to write a review. I have been buying and selling property for the last thirty years and Will is just the most perfect person to be an estate agent. He has just the right amount of presence and confidence but completely understands the need to also be silent and allow the prospective buyer time to think. All questions were answered succinctly and his calm persona makes him one of the best agents I have had a viewing with. He really is absolutely innately equipped for this vocation. Thank you so much! We were delighted with the service provided by Hamish Spencer-Nairn and Amy McMenemy in the Perth Office. They were very responsive to our queries and nothing was too much trouble! The key exchange was seamless and the post-sale communication has been excellent. We would have no doubt in engaging Strutt & Parker to deal with the sale of our home in the future.

Aaron Turner at Strutt and Parker - excellent sales agent and negotiator
We don’t normally write reviews, but in this case, my wife and I were so impressed and happy with the service provided by Strutt and Parker, and in particular by Aaron Turner, that I felt I should, in the true spirit of reviews, to offer help to those who are seeking insight into Strutt and Parker!

Strutt & Parker Review
We engaged Strutt & Parker to sell our country house property in May 2023. This turned out to be a very difficult period for property sales. We felt S & P gave us every support during this time, with regular communication, realistic appraisals and an enduring interest. We didn't feel that we went 'stale' and throughout the process S & P continued to promote our property and seek a buyer culminating in a successful sale. We are so very grateful for all that the team did to achieve this. We would definately recommend them.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND
HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I bought a flat in Notting Hill and the estate agent Michael McD from Strutt and Parker could not have been more professional and helpful through the whole buying process. It was a pleasure to meet Michael. He always offered help and advice which was so valuable for me as a first time buyer. Michael was super reliable and very trustworthy - he is that person you like to work with when going through such an important and challenging process. Thanks so much, Kerstin

Thank you to Amy McMenemy
On behalf of my Husband & I, we wanted to extend our gratitude to Amy McMenemy in the proactive experience she provided for us throughout our journey to sell our property. We emigrated and left the sale of our home in the hands of Amy. In a somewhat tumultuous market, to say we were apprehensive about finding a buyer in a timely manner would be an understatement. It was through Amy’s tenacity and dedication from chasing every lead, to revisiting previously interested parties that she secured us a good buyer. We found her communication style extremely easy to work with, especially given we are now on the other side of the world. We have used Strutts for the last two sales of our properties & Amy exemplifies the great reputation they’ve built up over many years. Thank you Amy. We would personally ask for you next time should we return to the UK property market in future.Mr & Mrs Wilson.

Selling hrough Strutt and Parker Sevenoaks
Victoria at Strutt and Parker Sevenoaks was very positive about finding a purchaser and gave some great ideas about presenting my property to achieve the best price. She remained positive through difficult market conditions and kept me completely upto date throughout the whole sales process. Staff always passed on messages from the purchaser responding quickly which enabled the sale to proceed smoothly.

Flawless Sale
We were delighted with the service we received from Sarah Cull at Strutt & Parker. Selling a higher-value property in the Salisbury area can be challenging, given the smaller pool of buyers at this level, but she handled the process with top professionalism and insight.

The Stars in the Sevenoaks Office Truly Shine.
Seeking a new home near family after the death of my husband has been tough; 43 years of marriage then it’s all change. The warm, empathetic support and professional courtesy extended to me by the staff at the Sevenoaks branch has been hugely appreciated. Not only did they find me a new home but their genuine enthusiasm has imbued me with real sense of hope. They have shown that despite the necessary demands of business, humanity can triumph. Thank you for helping me find my future.

Strutt and Parker - St Albans
We have recently completed the purchase of our new home in St Albans via Strutt and Parker who have been very helpful, friendly and professionally attentive throughout the process. We are grateful that Rozanne and Nicola were responsive and thorough during the negotiation and documentation phase and especially thankful that Kerry was available to facilitate and coordinate on behalf of both parties; her communication and persistence were absolutely instrumental in reaching exchange and completion against a challenging deadline. Many thanks for all your help, we would happily recommend your services.

S&P- A highly professional, efficient agency.
I am so glad I chose S&P to sell my large Georgian home. I have a long history of buying and selling houses so I almost expected the pitfalls and inefficiency that have become predictable from other agents. However, S&P's Consultant Gina Simpson made it a very short and pain-free process. I am sure behind the scenes she worked very hard, but for me her no fuss, no headache, and professional approach made it all go orderly and smoothly to its conclusion. Her negotiation skills on our behalf meant we ( she ) achieved almost the asking price in a home that is so unique it could easily have stuck around on the market if left to other agents' middle-of-the-road efforts.Gina is empathetic, full of great ideas and initiative for overcoming hurdles and is also very personable and pleasant to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend S&P to anyone at any level, but in particular for high-end properties.
