GoogleI noticed a property had come on the market for sale with the Rickitt Partnership, so I phoned up Rickitt the day the property came onto the market and was advised by Emma that as the owners of the property work from home viewings were only available at weekends so I made an appointment for 12:30pm on Saturday, on the Thursday before the weekend I had a call from Emma saying someone had viewed the property and an offer had been accepted, I asked why I was advised that the viewings could only take place at the weekend, Emma said the property owner had gone for a walk in the week? I asked why I wasn't offered a weekday viewing and was told that Rickitt had no control over viewings I said you have you are the Estate Agent surely you have control over the viewings appalling customer service.
