There are estate agents and there is the Rickett Partnership. They are on another level. They have just sold our tenth house for us and every single time they go the extra mile and then lots more. We had tried to sell our property twice with Tim and the Rickitt Partnership, and through no fault of our own, or Tim's, it didn't happen - covid and other things got in the way! I therefore knew, liked and trusted Tim and had no hesitation in asking him to sell my property in Tattenhall - which completed last week. The house went on the market on a Friday evening, three potential buyers visited the day after with the second couple making an offer for full asking price which I accepted - so all within twenty four hours. I always knew Tim, Emma and the Rickitt Partnership were the right people to sell my home, and they were. Thank you for being great and liaising superbly between myself and the buyers. Sometimes it's more about the people you choose to work with than the house you are selling.
