After renting through this company for the last three years I have found Ena, Alex and Jenny nothing but helpful and supportive. Any issues I had regarding the house over the years were delt with promtly and professionally. I always felt I could phone them and ask any question about the rental property and felt that they had my best interests at heart from the beginning to the end. I have rented for over 10 years through many agencies and found this one the best and most personal, especially with it being a family run business and with Jenny being a lovely kind hearted person who I enjoyed talking with on our visits.

Brilliant Agency, such nice and friendly people! Any issue we had was dealt with quickly, having read some bad reviews especially the one about them being homophobic is absolutely ridiculous and couldn't be any further from the truth. As a gay couple me and my partner have been with Parkinsons for the past 16 months living over the road from the lady that runs the agency mentioned in the review, she has been nothing but nice to us and treated us with respect. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

If Carlsberg did Property Agents !.. absolute top drawer service from Ena & Alex & Co - we have been with them since 2006 without a glitch, we have just moved into our fourth property with them as our family has grown. They have always delivered a superb level of customer care and service and have been a joy to be associated with. All properties have been perfect to move into and if any issues have arisen ie maintenance or repairs etc, these have been dealt with promptly to a very high standard. Extremely friendly and supportive during the whole rental experience. They are very very reactive to any problem or request and everything get solved surprisingly fast (from bureocracy to repairs). It is a comforting pleasure to see they always do the "extra mile" for the renter. The whole experience with them was very positive and I strongly suggest Parkinson Rental as your first choice , you will never be disappointed. I would like to stress that, having passed through multiple rental agencies, they are miles above the competitors in terms of quality, support and attention to the customer.

I can only speak well of Parkinson Property Rentals. As a landlord of 20 years, l know how very unsatisfactory some property agents can be. Parkinson's was recommended to me, and with good reason. I have found them to be reliable, competent, courteous and very helpful. If you want an agent to whom you can entrust your property and who take their responsibility seriously, Parkinson's meet this criteria. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I can not thank the team at parkinsons enough! we had a really tough few weeks with properties being pulled out from under us. i went to view a flat with parkinson rentals and told them we were on a tight deadline and needed to be in within a week. 4 days later I had the keys in my hand! could not have asked for a more professional and helpful level of service! Sadly, I have to warn anyone considering using this agent....DON'T. They are the worst agent I have ever used and I realised this when it was too late after signing my contract for 6 months. I found them to be the most unprofessional, rudest and aggressive agent that I have ever come across. I was treated like total scum and they speak to you with no respect whatsoever. There are MANY better agents out there, so I suggest you do your homework and avoid this organisation at any cost. The only good thing they did for me was to refund me my full deposit 2 weeks after checking out, without any problems.

I would love to say that I disagree with all the other reviews I've read.....but unfortunately they could not be more accurate! Again, I wouldn't have even give them one star! I've never met people like these in my life, they honestly are the rudest people you will come across, so unprofessional! The problems we had with the property we were in was in not at all acceptable, for numerous reasons!! I if you haven't already, take the hint and use anyone but this agency, I wouldn't use them If I was paid to!!! How they are still in business is beyond me!!!!

I used them over a year ago. Very unprofessional doesn't even cover it. The pictures they put on a website advertising the flat I rented showed a burn mark on the floor before I went into the property as a tenant. I accepted that. Then when I left over a year later they tried to charge me for the burn mark. Luckily I took photos of the entire place. It took a while to get my full deposit back, but had to go to extreme lengths to do so. Awful AWFUL letting agents, and one particular member of staff could do with a few lessons on how to be polite. Very rude. They were unhappy that I was calling the emergency line when my electricity went off at midnight, and also seemed agitated that I called to say the boiler had blown. Sorry, my fault I guess... I thought the emergency line was for emergencies... I'd recommend this agency to someone you dislike.

This letting agency is horrific, so unprofessional! Refused to admit the flat wasnt fit for rent and then when we left the property they complain the flat was a mess totally not the case. Advised us to move out as they were sick of us moaning although if the property was in a good condition there would be no reason for me to be calling them, they blocked my number and email so had noway of contacting them and they had my deposit! SO very unprofessional! Would not advise to rent properties from these people and landlords I advise to stay away!
