GoogleI dont recommend parkinsons property rentals to anybody its one of the worst agency . When i came to uk 1st time i rented from other agency they were very friendly and did everything so profesional .
Ena parkinson always she was very rude to me
1st time when i call to report a leak in my bathroom she was very rude and she said she can't understand and she dont want to listen to me. I accept my ancient is different I'm from another country I was ready to explain but she raise her voice and give plumber number to contact. 2 days later she send me a message that I was rude to her and she reported to landlord that I'm one of the difficult tenant to handle so dont call agency anymore send a message If I need any help.
Later she made an appoinment at 11 o clock for an inspection but she came at 10 o clock and knock my door. I was 9 months pregnant at that time and I was sleeping in upstairs. I took 2 to 3 minutes to come downstairs to open the door. . When I opened it she shouted at me while she standing on road that I was late to open door. I told her my appoinment is at 11 not 10. Eventhough if it was at 10 i was pregnant she never consider my situation . It was her mistake she came early and I let her in but she never ask a sorry. Make me so uncomfortable with her behavior on that day.
Our last conversation was also not nice
Also they try to took whole my deposit I got that house in an unacceptable condition but when my checkout they send me bill that includes things I'm not responsible for. . Carpet was not clean it was very dirty, and a faulty thermostat left in that house they said I broke them . Kitchen cupboards door and elctric hob was not clean . Fir work was not working when I get the house but they took money for all of this.when I call alex to tell all this I lived in that house only 8 months. Alex said me and my baby ruin that house my baby is any 7 month when I leave .what a 7 month old baby can do . He said he haven't seen that house for years but he came for my checkout . They took full payment for carpet cleaning from my deposit and alex said it was curry smell left in that room thats why iaccept it . It's better to take photographs when moved in they dont have any proof what was the condition will try to make everything was perfect when moved in. When I disagreee with my invoice Alex had an conversation with other staff around 400 pound more added to my deposit back. Still they took more money they will not accept it .
If any other option left dont choose parkinson property rentals
Alex said it was really bad when you got back house it was the condition when I got that house and now you guys try to say everything done by me . I got a carpet that not in a condition to use and bathtub I have picture of bathtub you gave it to me . It was not in a condition to use by a human being . At last you guys said I ruined it . Kitchen was in a bad condition . If you guys give a prefect one then gave complaint about all this things I will accept it you gave me a house in a bad condition and trying say at the end of check out everything was done by me. No photographs or no evidence in Your hand ,when renting simply trying to say everything was good .They do everything unprofessionally and will not accept it

You absolutely ruined a house in 10 months. You have no idea the damage you caused in such a short space of time.
You ruined the carpets, your damaged all the cupboards in the kitchen, you ruined the tiles in the kitchen, you damaged the fireplace, the whole house smelled so strongly of curry we had to clean all the carpets and get everything professionally cleaned. The bath was so badly marked and damaged it looked like an animal had died in it. The only reason you weren't changed for changing the bath was that it needed doing anyway.
You're lucky you got any of the deposit back at all. I have never seen a property take such a hammering in such a short space of time. You never once took any responsibility for your actions even with picture evidence.
If you think you looked after that property, you need to take a genuine look at yourself.

Googledon’t bother with this agency as they do not communicate with you in a professional manner, when there’s issues with the flat they do not attend the issue and then proceed to blame you at a later date even though we told them as soon as anything happened. When talking to one of the agents they were extremely rude by calling me names eg childish when i was just trying to make a simple complaint about something that could so easily be resolved, also we reported a leak they did nothing, issues with boiler go dealer with it by yourself even though your not supposed to, as Alex said on my fiancé review he wishing he could upload images, so do we, of the leak, of the rude emails calling me names, and and the out railing being broken and never fix despite having a drop underneath which is a massive hazard, windows are single glazed which causes condensation but we got the blame for it which doesn’t make much sense.
All in all absolute terrible experience and would not recommend for anyone. Only leaving a review as one of the agents has been emailing being rude to my partner as they did not send us an invoice after taking money from our deposit.

GoogleAbsolutely terrible agency would stay away, won’t fix any problems you have, you will have Ena be rude to you and call you names on phone and emails, will take your deposit to even when the entire place is spotless and point out a window that was mouldy when moving in, and then will keep saying they will send a invoice, but wait it’s now been over 3 months since we heard anything and still no invoice, extremely unprofessional also had a leek in the property no one ever did anything about it honestly so many better agencies in Chester don’t waste your time and money on these

The only thing Dawid was charged for at the end of the tenancy was for damaging the bay windows in the flat. No cleaning or anything else was taken off him or even attempted to do so. Parkinson Rentals took no cut of this bill, so we did in fact not take your deposit. I also informed you if you had wanted to go to mydeposits to dispute this you could have and I even assisted you in this. But you chose not to.
Anyway, as mentioned Dawid absolutely wrecked the bay windows by never having his heating on during the winter months which allowed condensation to ruin the windows to the point the wood needed to be scraped back and repainted (he admitted during winter he had the heating on for around 3 hours a week and we actually gave him notice because of this). I wish I could upload the picture of the damage he caused, but sadly I can't in my response.
I actually went with Dawid to the flat after the tenancy had ended and explained the damage which he'd done, that he had indeed left the property in good condition.. except for the windows. He agreed at the time.
So we arranged the repair to be done. I managed to get the price down from an initial £200+ quote to £115. I'd also like to mention Dawid accused of using this money to repaint the flat - he's living in a fantasy world if he thinks £115 could paint an entire flat.
So I forgot to send the invoice to Dawid. My mistake.
All of this review has been done out of spite and to hurt our company because I forgot to send you an invoice? Do you really think we deserve a 1* review because I didn't send you a copy of an invoice? Do you think this response is proportionate to the dire offense we have committed? I truly don't think so, do better.

GoogleI have been renting with Parkinsons since over 4 years whilst based at Airbus in the UK. They have been absolutely brilliant over the years and even permitted to accommodating the 2 dogs we had. Whenever we had any slight issues, they were dealt with swiftly and professionally, within hours on the dame day with no fuss or stress. After renting places around the world and renting out my own house abroad I would much rather use them than the alternatives because they also look after their properties well in a more familiar way without too much process nonsense. The staff they have including Jenny and Dave were also first class in sorting out any issues spotted. If I return to Chester I would have no problem or hesitation in contacting them again to either rent or let out a property I may purchase in the future. Very best regards.

My son has been in a flat managed by Parkinson's for over 6 years when his tenancy was terminated ( through no fault of his own) by his landlord. The team at Parkinson's couldn't have been more helpful or supportive, actively looking for suitable accommodation from their portfolio of properties. Ena actually took the time out of her busy day to pick us up to view the flat that is now my son's new home.

I have to say that Parkinsons have been exceptional. Jenny is super lovely and Alex has always been responsive any issues have been dealt with very, very quickly.

There is no faff with parkinsons. Not like big national chains at all.

GoogleHaving rented a property in Hoole through Parkinson Property Rental for nearly 8 years I would highly recommend.
Any issues with the property were swiftly resolved and approvals from the property owner were invariably sought fast by Ena and Alex and works undertaken within days. Where bigger issues needed a bit longer to approve they remained communicative with us and were always flexible with property access, understanding that both my partner and I worked full time and were unlikely to be around during normal working hours.
Unlike agents I’ve used in the past this agency takes a genuine interest in the property you are renting from them. Jenny popped round to have a chat about any issues and have a look around the property with us every 6-12 months which made maintaining the property simple, and meant we weren’t constantly having to report and explain problems to someone at the end of a phone.
With regards to our deposit, we left the place clean and tidy inside and out with the assumption that it would need redecoration in parts due to how long we’d been there, but this wasn’t something we needed to worry about as it was nothing beyond small wear and tear. Both Ena and Alex understood this completely and our deposit was returned in full with no questions asked 2 days after we returned our keys.

Avoid this company at all costs, very unprofessional, rude, find any excuse to keep your deposit and provide false information to do so
If you are unfortunate enough to have these as an agent, keep everything as evidence, take photos and keep all emails.
When proven wrong they blocked my number and email while still owing me money.
How this company is still running after all the bad reviews I'll never know

We only had Miss Mills as a tenant for 3 months as we took over from the previous agents. The Landlord and tenant had issues and went to mydeposits and disputed the deposit and the Landlord won. We actually used the tenants moving in photos for evidence in the dispute. Miss Mills is very angry and bitter because they didn't win and never once listened to either our company or mydeposits when proven wrong.
It's not really fair trying to trash someone's name because things didn't go your way. I hope you reflect on this moving forward.

I was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease 5 years ago, started taking Azilect, then Mirapex as the disease progressed in February last year, and started taking herbal medicine for Parkinson's disease at Ultimate Health Clinic.
