YellNO STAR REVIEW - Worst Rental agent in Cheshire
There are not enough words to express the total lack of regard for misselling a property to me which was unfit and inhabital. The agents did nothing but cause further upset and cause distess in an already distressing situation. If denton Clarkes were the last agent in the country I would never recomend them. They are unqualified and this is not the denton Clarkes owners form the past this is a fly by night man who bought a label! (Denton Clarkes ) please do not use this company unless your want this to effect your health and wellbeing of your familly. Still not recieved my deposit back.

Unfortunately there are no stars to be awarded.Sorry to say having never rented a property before would certainly not deal with this agent again. I could honestly say it was easier to apply for and be accepted for a substantial mortgage than to agree a short term rental with this company. On arrival the kitchen needed a substantial clean before we could attempt to use it. Several heating and plumbing issues required repeated requests. On handing over the property after 6 months we were told by the agent everything was ‘immaculate’ and 3 weeks later after new tenants moved in, told extra cleaning and gardening was required. Having moved in originally in December, when the ground was bare, and been given an immaculate verdict on leaving, and employing a gardener for the following 4 months, this seemed ridiculous. We gave notice in excess of notice period, we were harassed by excessive requests for viewings and many of which we conducted due to the tardiness of the agent!

I would just like to express to everyone who is looking for a professional,welcoming and organised rental agent to help find you a home, that you are not going to find it with Denton Clark. Viewing-Gail.When we arrived we expected a personal/informative viewing, this was not case.the people who had a viewing before were still there and we were told to wait, then another couple showed up.My partner had to move his car to allow the man out.Gail suggested whilst this was happening she could show the the new couple the house.Were we expected to wait outside?Now being made clear we only had 15 mins to see the house(yes just 15)we were then shown around the house for LESS than 5 mins,when I asked to look around again Gail said she had to see "the others' Yesterday they cancelled hours before another viewing we had. I rang antony who firstly didn't apologised, just stated "this is how we do" then he put the phone down. Strongly advise anyone looking to rent not to deal with Denton Clark.
