FacebookBeen trying to get issues sorted at the property I rent since December 2023, now in June. Daughter unwell because of said issues and partner has fallen on dangerous slabs in the garden! Have sent numerous emails!!

The process of renting a property was new to me and they were very helpful in explaining what was required. Everything they said they would do they did - and quickly too. They always responded to my calls and emails timely. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

GoogleSatisfied with most of Cavendish staff services. They help me a lot in the whole rental services and even after sales. Their prompt replies made the process work frequently. However I reserved one star for the improvement of their services especially the receptionist of the maintenance department.

They have always found new tenants by advertising and interviewing as quickly as possible and regularly visiting to make sure everything is in good order. Nothing is too much trouble!

Staff always friendly and ready to help. I have rented numerous properties in the Chester area and UK and Cavendish are by far the best.
