I couldn't recommend Carman Friend enough, from start to finish in the sale of our property they were nothing but professional, reassuring, helpful and friendly. Gareth carried out the initial valuation of our property and explained everything making the whole process clear. Our main point of contact was then with Jayne Moss who I can only describe as an absolute star! Was always on the end of the phone, replied to emails so quickly, nothing was too much trouble, constantly chasing solicitors for us and trying to keep the sale moving. Such an efficient and friendly team! We would 100% recommend Carman Friend and would use them again. Thank you all x

I had a really bad experience with Carman Friend. 1st Gareth came out to value my property and gave me a really good cash deal to market with them, to which I took his offer. When the photographer came to the property to take the pictures I found her very rude. I think it was because i asked for her to come back another day to take the outside pictures as it was so dull... The face she pulled! This put me off a little. When the pictures came through I was correct, the outside didn't look very good. So I asked them to hold off on marketing until they could come back and take better pictures. They didn't seem very happy about this.. I then decided to go with another estate agents (Currens) who were fantastic btw and actually valued my property at more money, in the end it sold for more money than Carmen Friend had valued it all.. Not very Carman friendly at all imo..

Well what can I say. These guys were absolutely awesome. I bought my property through them and I dont know what I would have done without their support. They did what they said that they would, were totally on it and provided a sofa, internet, food, emotional support and tissues when the exchange went down to the wire at 5.25pm. Totally amazing. Does it get better than this? I can’t think of anyway it could be. Clear passion for what they do, unrivalled knowledge, brilliant reliability and instant communication at all hours of the day. Carman Friend sold our house in less than two days, and also assisted us with the purchase of our new property which turned out to be less than straight forward, but Carman Friend went above and beyond what would usually be expected of them to get everything over the line. Not all estate agents are the same; if you are selling in Chester, then you should instruct Carman Friend. The team is personable and professional, and someone will always answer the phone. Sign up to their mailing list to get the buyers' POV and it will be no wonder how so many of their listings become "sold STC" within weeks. In short, Carman Friend will price your property sensibly and market it properly to give you the best chance of selling. Then they will help to manage your transaction/chain until completion. The house buying system is archaic and broken; choosing competent professionals may be the difference between joy and heartbreak, so do yourself a favour and instruct the best local agent.

Wow where do I start, we sold our house with carman friend estate agents after having a ridiculously difficult time with other estate agents and even trying to go to auction at one point (all things sami had tried to warn us against and my god do I wish we had just listened) from the second we went with them its been an absolute dream, we haven't been the easiest clients to work with but Emma and sami have never made us feel like we are too much too difficult or a lost cause, they've been understanding resourceful and absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process meaning we managed to sell our home for an even better price than we had ever imagined, nothing was too much for them and I will never be able to thank them enough for the support and fantastic professionalism they have shown us throughout this entire experience, there is no agency that compares and we are just so happy and would recommend them again and again!!! Rang agent today. To ask to view a property. Was told that I cannot book a viewing. As they had 15 appointments allocated over 2 days. and had closed any more viewing of the property. And that the seller has told the agent not to book any more viewings.? If you were selling. You would want to sell to the open market to get the best price possible. Not restricted to only 15 possible buyers. Very strange.

What a company!!!! Having purchased 4 homes in the last 7 years, I've experienced a fair few agents. This company is far superior to any that have come before. We weren't fortunate enough to be selling with CF (we would not hesitate to use them) we were the buyers in this experience. Extremely professional from start to finish. Photos were of excellent quality and really showed the house off well. House sold within a week of going on sale and had a large number of viewings over two block viewing days. Sale process was dealt with very efficiently. The option to have a virtual walkthrough of the house would have been good (e.g. Matterport) as we found this very useful when buying our new place, maybe this could be looked into for the future ? Above all thank you for getting it done so quickly !
