GoogleWould advise anyone to not use Belvoir for rental. The property i rented was unclean when I picked up the keys, had to have a second clean, an even after that I still had to clean! They have now taken £40 off me for not cleaning the oven, which was dirty when I moved in in the first place, they are disputing as this is the one photograph I didn't take, however did take pictures and videos of the rest of the filth. Absolutely unacceptable service from Belvoir.

GoogleHad a viewing scheduled last Friday. Nobody turned up. After 20 minutes I rang to find the property had been let already. Would have been nice if they contacted me to let me know beforehand.

GoogleWe rented our first home with Belvoir. They made the whole experience quick and easy. Any issues we had were fixed fast and efficiently. We will definitely rent off them again as the customer service was everything you could hope for in an estate agents.

GoogleWas treated horribly, no help at all from them, when asked to investigate the bad treatment that I had I got a reply a day later meaning no investigation was made. 3 months later still waiting for any deposit or just any reply of them. Worst agency I have ever been with

GoogleAvoid. Or at least avoid Gordon. He is overly obsessed about gardens, hounding you to spend all your life trying to achieve some level of garden perfection possible only in his imagination. Maintained garden perfectly well and were still charged extortionate gardening fee upon ending tenancy.
