Extremely poor and lazy workmanship. Lots of endless promises that are never kept. Save yourself the time and the money - buy a house with a different company.

Total disregard for residents needs once your money has been taken. Still living with dangerous roads and pavements even with a large number of children on the estate.
Hi Jon,Thank you for your review, we do sincerely apologise for the condition of the roads and pavements at your development. Persimmon Homes have the responsibility for setting up the legal agreements for the surfacing of the roads and footpaths with Cheshire West and Chester Council and these conversations are still ongoing. As a result, frustratingly we have been unable to final surface these areas, we do apologise.We have decided that we will provide the final surface to the footpaths now, for the benefit of our homeowners, but we have to wait until the legal agreements are in place for the roads to be final surfaced. The footpath works should start within the next 2-3 weeks.
