Submitted a review about Reed Pains on the 13th of February. Despite all the lip service and requests for further details, 9 days later, I've still got the remnants of their board attached to the front of my house. This apathy within Reed Rains appears to be company policy.

Appalling level of competence for managing rentals on behalf of landlord and tenant. Would never go back to this company. Shocking level of service that in no way reflects the high management fees they charge. They use poor third party "inspectors" so adding to smokescreens avoiding responsibility.

Thieves and conmen .I was unable to move into a rental property because of the filthy condition and they refused to give me any money back , keeping all advance rent and all my deposit .Do not ever use this so called estate agent , you will be ripped off .

Good agents & great friendly service. BUT STOP using IamSold auctions. My understanding is that you get paid for each property referred to them but you're more than capable to sell it yourself. IamSold rip off sellers with shocking fees & have terrible customer service.

Hi David, I'm sorry you felt the need to leave a 1* review. I do recall yourself and your wife coming into the branch on Saturday. I did advise that I would call you as soon as I was able to arrange the viewing for you. Unfortunately we are still unable to make contact with the vendor & therefore cant arrange a viewing at this stage.
