We have just bought and then rented out a house through Reeds Rains in Acomb.The process with them has been smooth and problem free, despite what’s been going on with Covid and also us living overseas. Jordan and Alex have been super helpful and professional, can’t fault them at all.Thank you for all your hard work guys!

Viewings organised very well with good notifications, vetting process clearly robust, smooth handling of all aspects. Excellent from all the team including Zoe and Scarlett.

Great first impression but service was very poor. Lack of information and feedback I had to keep chasing up. Disappointed with photos. Went in branch to discuss price decrease. Was left to stand over desk no chairs provided or beverage offered. Make to feel uncomfortable

Great local knowledge and the staff really listen to what you say. I had 3 viewings and 2 offers ( one accepted) in 4 days so Reeds Rains obviously do their homework in marketing properties to the right people. Highly recommended.

The customer service is absolutely terrible,I've been trying for a week too phone them there's been no answer and been told too leave a voicemail and get back too me but they have not it's been over 2 weeks and I still haven't heard anything.
