They have kept us informed at every stage of the process and explained all the legalities to us when they were complex. They even came up with some maps of the area which we could use as evidence to a lawyer and persistent in getting us a good price for our property.
They have years of experience and knowledge of the local area which is really helpful in ensuring only serious buyers looked around our property.
