GoogleBuild quality of the house ok but the finihsing is 2* at best. No quality in the finishing, it is more about getting the houses filled and the home owner is to live with the constant inconvenience of fixing anything or repainting the whole house when your in, rather than have it 95% ready. The Customer Services is appalling, how Taylor Wimpey have not been fined for the service is beyond me. House prices are slightly over priced for the area.

GoogleNot fond of this estate, never been a fan of Wimpey property in any case, Thankfully I don't have to live here, but the narrow roads, rocks in gardens making visiting relatives who do live on the estate a nightmare, certainly doesn't endear me to the place. Every house is so "samey" no character, but that has been a symbol of a Taylor-Wimpey site forever

GoogleCan't believe people still buying properties here .. even the first impression when u getting in to estate not putting off people seriously? Place looks like 15y old estate mess everywhere nothing get finished cracks on a footpaths no acces to a green allotments kids area similar to the one in Chernobyl, best part of that people being scammed to pay for ground maintenance .. don't be delusional run while u can and buy a dream home somewhere else

GoogleVery narrow streets, stop cars going in both directions from passing each other without one pulling over onto someone's lawn. Why does Cheshire East allow such narrow roads in the planning permission. Houses all look the same. All squashed together, with tiny front and back gardens I certainly wouldn't buy one on this estate.
