GoogleWe have recently moved into a property, using King Lettings as the lettings agent. James and the team were very helpful throughout the entire process. Our application and associated background checks were completed incredibly quick and we moved into the property within roughly 3 weeks of viewing the house. We couldn’t recommend enough. Thanks. GoogleReally snooty and unhelpful in the end, make me feel small & insignificant, especially when we had figured something out , waiting for an exchange which has now happened, they put rental property back on the market without even letting me know. (Leaving me potentially homeless ) i Found out & confronted them but was awful , I am also a landlord of multiple properties would consider using them If they were last agents on planet , whole experience sent me into a serious back issue flare up which resulted in a hospital visit. Would not recommend to anyone ever

As part of our standard procedure, referencing is a required step in securing any tenancy. Unfortunately, due to your decision not to proceed with the referencing process, we were unable to recommend the tenancy to the landlord, as doing so without proper checks would have posed an unnecessary risk. GoogleDebbie is a total star helping me energetically through the process (twice). She is very knowledgeable about the laws around renting which helped me as a first time landlord and ensure I keep on the right side of things. Kings also vet a clients financial circumstances ensuring the tenants I secured were able to afford the property. I hope I never need it but I know she would be there instantly if there was ever a problem with the tenants that I needed help solving

They were extremely efficient and made the whole process stress free. My tenant left on a Friday and they moved the new tenant they had found for me in the property the following day. They dealt with everything from start to finish. By far the easiest and quickest change over of tenants ever! I would highly recommend you and your services.

GoogleAfter a last-minute change of plans due to a house purchase falling through, James at King Lettings pulled out all the stops to get us into a property in a very short time frame. Viewed the property at 2pm on a Friday afternoon and picked up the keys (following all checks, contract signings etc) the following Tuesday at 12pm. Great service.

GoogleA thoroughly unpleasant experience dealing with Elaine. I can honestly can they are the worst letting agent I have had the displeasure of dealing with. My advice is to avoid any dealings with this business as you will regret it as I am!
