GoogleJanet has managed both my sales and purchases over a number of years and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Her approach is professional, commercial and second to none. Her most impressive quality is her personal handling and attention to detail, which means both herself and her team have solved any potential problems before you are even aware they may arise. She prides herself on matching properties to her clients and I can confirm that if she says that she has "something special" for you, its likely you will experience the 'wow' as she has literally handpicked it for you. I have never once had to chase her or her team , they are proactive with all parties involved. Whether you get Janet, Ali or any of the team you will not be disappointed.

Not only have they played one party off against the other throughout our tenancy but they continue to lie point blank to the home owners.
Unfortunately I’ve had the displeasure of working with Holmes Naden and I would not wish the experience on anyone else. If you’d like to be spoken down to, treated unprofessionally, ignored and lied to - ask for Ellis.

GoogleVery poor letting agents. Unresponsive to maintenence issues, poor communicators, very rude when you leave a tenancy and will try to fleece you for your entire deposit. I recommend pictures of EVERYTHING if you are unfortunate enough to choose to let through this agency. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
