We have recently sold our home in Bollington via Holmes Naden and Jan, Clare and Lindsay made the whole thing very smooth and as pain free as possible. From valuation to completion, they were on hand, helping link the buyers, sellers, solicitors to keep the sale on track. It was so helpful for us to have access to such a professional and experienced team. The marketing , high quality photography and management of viewings ensured potential buyers had a good experience too. Highly recommend Holmes Naden, well deserved 5* service and process.

Jan and her Bollington team did an excellent job for us, initially finding a suitable purchaser for our much loved house in Rainow, in a subdued market, and subsequently facilitating the process between initial agreement and completion. Everyone in the team was friendly, diligent and effective.

The Bollington Office team, lead by Ellis, managed our property for just short of 13 years whilst we were overseas. During this whole period, from departure to return, our house was managed to a very high standard and with great attention detail. This was both from a tenant and owner perspective. There were a number of challenges along the way and each was managed professionally and courteously at all times and always to an appropriate and successful outcome. Any issues were always promptly and clearly raised if our attention was required, otherwise, Ellis and the team conscientiously managed everything on our behalf. I would have no hesitation asking Holmes Naden to manage our property on our behalf again if we were to do so (which we are not planning) as our managing agent. Our property letting through Holmes Naden was a very successful experience. Our thanks to Ellis and his team.

Genuinely disappointed with the interaction I have just had on the phone. Very unprofessional to not put me on hold whilst discussing across the office details of the property and information which breaches GDPR. Abruptly ended the call in a rude and disrespectful manner when I asked for further information as the Rightmove advert did not correlate to what the agent was saying. Such a shame as have always heard good things, appreciate everyone is busy and the call started off nicely but very disrespectful to end.

I recently enquired about a property through Holmes Naden and was genuinely disappointed by the lack of professionalism. After viewing 12 Magnolia Rise in Prestbury, I was asked to send over a detailed family profile for the landlord, which I did immediately, but I never received so much as an acknowledgment or a follow-up. Weeks later, I noticed the same property had been reduced in price, yet no one thought to contact us despite our clear readiness to commit to a long-term tenancy. For a company representing high-value homes, the communication and attention to genuine applicants was surprisingly poor. As a business owner myself, dealing daily with professional organisations and corporate clients, professionalism and courtesy are everything, and unfortunately, this experience lacked both.

I can’t say enough good things about Holmes Nalden! From start to finish, they demonstrated nothing but professionalism and attentiveness to all our needs. Poor service. Very unresponsive. Every time l needed something, I had to email several times and called several times, too. They just don't care. Bare it in mind when renting through them

Very poor letting agents. Unresponsive to maintenence issues, poor communicators, very rude when you leave a tenancy and will try to fleece you for your entire deposit. I recommend pictures of EVERYTHING if you are unfortunate enough to choose to let through this agency. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Holmes-Naden certainly deserves a 5*+. As I had not sold a property for over 28 years I was understandably somewhat daunted by what might be involved in the selling of the home that I loved. I considered a number of Estate Agents and it was obvious from the initial visit by Jan Johnson of Holmes-Naden that my best interests would be in very safe hands. The team at Holmes-Naden were delightful; their professionalism and considerable expertise was obvious throughout; their continuous support and care a bonus. Apparently one of today’s major life stresses is selling/moving house. Given the unpredictability of the market and the obvious personal upheaval, anxieties are understandable. By being there for me ; by supporting me and offering wise counsel; Holmes-Naden did an excellent job and accomplished all they could to make the process hassle-free. I have no hesitation of recommending Holmes-Naden very highly. Thank you Holmes-Naden!
