Dan helped us move into a house during the first lockdown, at the peak of when everyone was moving and properties were getting rented out within seconds. Our experiences with other estate agents at the time were not great, as they were incredibly busy due to the high demand. Dan certainly was not free from this, as we know there was a huge amount of interest in the house we were looking at with him. Despite that, Dan was able to provide us with brilliant service - very warm, friendly, and supportive guidance throughout the whole process. Dan was also very patient, even though he definitely didn't have to be given the demand! We very much felt that Dan had our best interests in mind throughout, and also the landlord's interests, and ultimately we were able to move in successfully and have since really loved our new home and loved our landlords as well!

We asked Bridgfords to value our property and the response from Melody was immediate and helpful. There was no pressure to sell until we were ready. When the time came to put our house on the market we were steered through the procedure of selling by Melody and her team. They were always helpful, courteous and quick to respond to any questions. They went beyond the call of duty to help with some of the legal aspects. The whole process wasn’t easy, for reasons beyond anyone’s control, but Melody, Helen, Susan and Vivian did their utmost to keep things on track until eventually the buying and selling was completed and, thankfully, we were able to move into a house which suited us and which they had helped us to find.

Shocking! Viewed a couple of apartments a few weeks ago, we said we were interested but the estate agent (Louise) didn’t have the answers we required and said that she would email them to us. A few days passed but this never happened. So I sent a follow up email about a week later only to receive a short blunt reply again stating that she didn’t know!? Several weeks have now passed and I’m still waiting and yes the apartments are both still available on their website! Appalling customer service!
