Myself and my girlfriend cannot recommend Mark highly enough, as first time buyers he helped us throughout the buying process. He was always very accommodating whenever we wanted to visit the property on numerous occasions too. Mark's communication was excellent throughout the whole process too. I first met Mark in early 2020, we’d started to think about moving and getting a bigger house, however, we wanted a valuation of ours so when looking at houses we had a rough idea of our price range. What I liked about Mark, is that he took it all on board did the valuation and didn’t then hassle us, with calls or emails to see if we’d found something or are we ready to put ours on the market. I respected this and it’s ultimately what made me call him first when we did become ready to sell, this year. What’s also great about Mark and his company. Is that’s he’s always your point of contact, which takes a lot of stress and hassle out of things as he knows everything about your sale or purchase. In our case, we’d found a house we wanted to buy and needed to get our house on the market, as quickly as possible. I explained our situation and he quickly arranged for the photographer to come, floor plans to be drawn and within two weeks our house was up for sale. Again the people he uses to do the photos and floor plans were excellent. Polite, respectful and especially the photos great at what they do, which then is a good reflection on Mark. Mark’s has a wealth of knowledge and experience, his advice based on the valuation and where to start with a selling price was perfect, we had loads of viewings and had a few offers and ended up getting more than we expected. Then once we’d accepted an offer, his service didn’t just stop he continued to work and be the middle man between us and our buyer. Mark does make you feel like you’re his only client and from day one until the end he’s always there if you need him. Finally, fees. His fee is a percentage of the sale, which may work out more expensive than some other companies. However and I can’t stress this enough, for me this is the best way to work. Because he doesn’t get paid until the sale has gone through and it’s in his interest to sell your house for as much as possible. Other companies that have a fixed fee, either want it upfront and then they have no real incentive to sell your house and even if the fee is paid on completion they have no drive to get the highest sale price as they could just want to get it sold so they get paid. So Marks way of working, I think is the best. I really can’t fault Mark, he’s definitely who I’d recommend to people and who if we ever moved again I would contact first.

I rate Mark at Agents4U very highly indeed. He sells your house, but the service and help doesn't end there. He is there at every step of the process and pitches in to help, assisting my buyer when they were needing access for carpet measurement etc. Mark offers a service that is worth every penny of his fee, he earns it with honesty and keeps his focus on delivering you a sale, by limiting the number of properties he takes on. Consummate professional and trustworthy individual. I do hope he enjoys the bottle of champagne I have for him, he's certainly earned it, having to deal with me!

Totally reliable and excellent service

This is the second time we have used Mark from Agents4u and he is beyond excellent. Really appreciated the constructive feedback he gave us when it came to marketing the property. It's great that he is available until 8pm, 7 days a week as most homebuyers and sellers need to speak to an agent out of the usual business hours. Mark has great communication skills and is always aware of the upto date situation, he will intervene wherever necessary and keep you informed which takes the stress out of the situation. I would never consider any other estate agent. He has a calming and reassuring influence and is very level headed. He is very fair and also considers the buyers needs. Mark Butterworth of Agents4U was recommended to us as we needed to sell our late mother's house (in need of total renovation) and we live a long distance away. Great estate agent!

I’ve used several estate agents over the past few years, I’ve tried the cheap online ones including the big one beginning with P and ending in Bricks, never again, as soon as you meet Mark you take to him, great person and estate agent, he said my house will be a full page in the local guardian (you don’t actually believe it will) but a wk later there was my house looking great with his professional photographs, got a great price for my house, I’ll definitely use him again and I tell anyone I know who’s selling to contact mark as Agents4u!. It sounds like marks paid me for this review but he hasn’t! I’m just well chuffed with his service and result!
