Highly recommend - wouldn’t go elsewhere

I can not recommend Mark at Agents4u enough. We met Mark when we were buyers of the house we have just sold & were so impressed that he was our first point of contact when we were looking to sell. We had a few valuations with other local and national estate agents and none compared to the price he valued our property at but also the expertise he clearly had. During the valuation he took us through the local area, similar properties and the price they sold at - the time and effort that he clearly takes with each listing really added to that personal touch we were after. He was so responsive during the whole process and I can’t thank him enough. We would not hesitate to use Mark again and will certainly recommend him to others.

Mark was absolutely fantastic

Mark was absolutely fantastic, from start to completion on my house purchace. Nothing was too much trouble for him, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Before I bought my house, I'd been round so many with various estate agencies, who had no idea even what heating systems were in properties! Mark was the only exception to this - his knowledge not only of houses, the market, but also elements of construction was really appreciated. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, and his attention to learning about the property he was selling shone through. Wouldn't recommend anyone else. 5 stars aren't really enough!

Excellent service for first time buyers.

We are so pleased with the purchase of our first home!Mark has been unbelievably helpful for us and has been able to guide and advise us as first time buyers. We have been able to call him during evenings as we both work full time, which has been very useful for us. Excellent throughout.

Mark has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the business. This, along with his professional and diligent approach to engaging the client in the process of selling or buying property is what sets him apart from other estate agents. Mark was not only able to secure a fantastic deal on my new house, but his connection to buyers in the market meant that I was able to sell my old house in 7 days and 3 viewings. As many other people have said here, he also is proactive in ensuring that all parties concerned are kept up to date as well as helping you through the minefield of things to do that is buying and selling your home. I would not hesitate in recommending him to anyone wishing to buy or sell a property.

Above and beyond

Brilliant customer service and brilliant communication. I had three estate agents come out and Mark was the one that really made me feel confident in what was being said; he also offered very good advice. The house sold on the first day of viewings for the full asking price. Mark even directed me home for the viewings when the M6 was shut! I can not recommend enough; I never usually recommend anyone unless the service has been top class. Thanks Mark for all your help.

An Estate Agent who has the clients best interests at heart

We have been absolutely delighted with Mark at Agents4U, and would recommend him to anyone coming to the market. He was confident that we would sell our house quickly and at a good price (which we did). The professional photographs were just amazing and ensured we had a steady stream of viewings. He was proactive when it came to viewers, assessing their position, advising them of ours, and sifting out those who were likely to waste our time. Mark kept us appraised throughout, and always seemed to be available (!) for advice or reassurance in between. One thing that struck us was the positive attitude that Mark maintained throughout the process, from initial consultation, to viewings, to offer. This rubbed off on us, and made the whole experience easier.What other people have said about Agents4U is spot on, he is head and shoulders above other Estate Agents in the area.

Mark provided a fantastic service…

Mark provided a fantastic service throughout. He didn't 'gush' unnecessarily over our property during the initial valuation, but instead gave his objective view, pointing out areas that could be easily improved to increase attraction to potential buyers. His advice during the viewing/negotiation phase also helped us achieve an offer above our expectations.The eventual sale turned out to be a protracted one, but Mark was always available to talk to, and went above and beyond in co-ordinating the various solicitors and agents within the chain.I would happily instruct Mark again, and would have no hesitation in recommending him to others. I can't thank Mark enough for selling …

I can't thank Mark enough for selling my property for me. From the beginning he really listened to me, he was realistic, reassuring and inspired confidence. He took care of all of my viewings etc with no inconvienance to me, he definetly made the process of selling as hassle free as possible. He always replied to my emails very quickly, both inside and outside regular opening hours. This was extremely useful as I could contact him outside my working hours. Ultimately though, just a few weeks after Mark had taken over my property selling from another estate agent, I had a really good offer from a serious buyer and just weeks later my property has sold! Mark told me at the beginning he would be able to find a buyer quickly, and he did. I would not hesitate to recommend Mark.

Really knows his stuff

Simply the best!

Mark has sold two properties for us, providing a professional and totally reliable service on each occasion. His prompt communication following viewings and his availability for contact took a great deal of pressure out of the proceedings for us. Agents4u provided an excellent service. Trying to sell a large old house was proving very difficult with two previous agents, Mark was recommended to us and he was very professional throughout the whole process. Having a professional photographer to take shots of the house created a real interest in the property which had been lacking with previous agents. Mark was able to answer phone calls at times when other agents would have been closed, he always vetted the viewers to prevent time wasters and followed up the viewings with calls. He went beyond what was expected of him as an agent offering much needed advice and support. We finished up with two families wanting the property. I have no hesitation in recommending Agents4u

They are Brilliant!

Agents4u were both friendly and professional in helping us regarding the sale of our late Mother's property. They have the perfect balance of being informative and helpful without being invasive, to the degree that it feels like you are leaving all the stress of house selling to a friend rather than a company!. I would truly recommend them to anyone either selling or looking for a property. Professional, efficient and excellent service
