Initially presented by real estate agency Savills with a beautiful 1 bed and promised luxurious amnesties/services when I moved at Lillie Square at the end of 2017, however sadly the reality proved to be quite the opposite and my experience at the property has been disappointing to say the least. I ended up paying thousands of pounds in bills received retrospectively due to negligence and false advertising on behalf of agency Savills. The building had not been registered with the council and the property hadn’t even been allocated a tax band (although had been advertised as such) causing major delays with council tax bills, internet and electricity supply etc. I had no heating last winter due to an error with the comfort cooling system both estate ADMIN nor SAVILLS were unable to solve for MONTHS. I have interestingly been issued bills worth £600 for this period I have had no heating in from Switch2, the dubious heat network provider the building uses.I was told my Fiona Head of Complaints that these issues were to be expected to come with a new built. When asking them for compensation for the issues I was refused it and given notice to vacate the property. The only soothing thought is that I am due to leave the property soon, leaving all these problems and nightmare behind.

The support from Savills during our rent period was ok. However we have just been withheld 10% of our rent deposit return because of two small issues. No understanding or flexibility for moving out during a lockdown period. Shame on you Savills!

Terrible experience. We were renting a flat, and we had to chase them constantly. They didn’t provide a check in inventory, and the flat had not been cleaned at all. They didn’t come to the check-in, and nobody answered phones or emails for days.

I am surprised to read all of the negative comments about Savills. I have dealt with them recently and I can only speak highly of them. They have been prompt and swift with sorting out all the queries, always on time, nice and polite and I have only dealt with professional individuals there.Jordan Caskie at Savills is one of the best sales agents I have ever met. I was very impressed with how smoothly he got everything sorted, responding to my messages even during the weekends and negotiating the best deal for me with the landloard.

Waited 40 mins out in cold on Saturday morning and none of the savills staff turned up. Called sevenoaks branch took them 20 mins to find their property on their own website. In my view Savills the worst eastate agency company in this country .
