Expert Agents - We have sold with Andrew twice, and Sofia for this latest house sale too... both have provided the highest quality insight, marketing and (most importantly) closing skills / services. Very diligent and persistent in ensuring our sale went through with several moving parts and helped us get exactly what we wanted. Amazes me why people choose other agents / cheap online services, when selling something as valuable as your house. Sellers need to realise the economics on paying slightly more does generate substantially more... the difference in price that your property can command, likelihood of completion, vetting of buyers, negotiation, constant communication, chasing of solicitors (crucial post-offer), and keeping everyone moving forwards - all better with Savills.

Savilles sold our house within 4 weeks of being listed with them, and with a stream of 'hot' prospective purchasers seeing it. With style, charm and efficiency Jonathan and Jean & the other ladies (in the office) did v well to enable us to secure a sale, organise and sell it and down size.
