The Savills team have fully managed our property for several years. Throughout the time they have been fantastic and the only agents in the area to act as if the landlord were their client and not the tenant. They have advised properly on maintenance issues, protecting us where necessary but always ensuring the property was visited, maintained and tenants respectfully dealt with.

Attempted to phone them during office hours and the phone was never answered and calls not returned. Also went to view a property and the agents never showed up. A truly awful experience and in summary, they are amateur at best. Also, best to ignore the 5-star fake reviews.

I dealt with Euan Williams and Iona Paloka at Savills Maida Vale. They were absolutely incredible - diligent, friendly and so efficient. They nailed my property search from the word go and helped me sign the flat of my dreams. I cannot recommend this office enough, far superior to any other estate agent I have ever used.

I have been using Savills in Marlow, for several years now and have always experienced a professional considered approach, particularly listening and delivering on my requests whether it be buying and or selling. More recently Sophia Farwell was tasked with finding a property for one of my elderly relatives, a difficult task on a good day. That being said, Sophia listened to the remit, took it upon her self to personally identified properties and within a few days had delivered the property of my relatives dreams, i thought it would take months! Thank you Sophia and all the team a truly fantastic experience.

After visiting my daughter’s new flat which is let by Savills, I have to say that I am absolutely appalled that they consider this a suitable property.The property is in my opinion uninhabitable for humans with faulty electrics, vermin infestation and no hot water/ heating.Savills have been notified of the issues two weeks ago but have still not resolved any problems, they are obviously not fulfilling their obligations as a managing agent to the tenants. Further to this they expect the tenants to be available to liaise with any 3rd parties to rectify any problems rather than their staff being available ( for which they do receive fees for from the 2K monthly rent)- absolutely disgusting customer service.

Since Savalls has taken over the management at Heron Place in W1They must rank as one of the worst managing agents I have worked for in over twenty years. The accounts department is non-existent. I'm owed ten thousand pounds in two outstanding invoices. It is now time to issue court proceedings. I am not the only contractor on this site who refuses to do more work for them. They may have a fancy website and boast on social media how great they are, but their management team is useless.

Our landlord changed managing agents during the course of our tenancy and the difference since Tami Falzon has taken over the property management is staggering. Tami and the team are professional, polite and quick to find solutions. The contacts Savills uses for maintenance do work of a high quality and have, without fail, all been very helpful and friendly.
