I was told the property would get sold however I was getting impatient and was about to give up. When I got the call to say I got a buyer and it was a guarantee. Well I was so happy that they were true to their word that they would get it sold.

It was/is stressful and it took a long time to sell just over 20 weeks but it appears lots of properties took a very long time due to the way the market was/is. We used Reeds Rains in Bangor to let our property several times and have always received a good service. Sarah has been great and always found us excellent tennents. Some cheaper letting agents have opened in Bangor, but decided not to chance it as we have to date received a quality hassle free service. Would recommend.

Still at the early stages of the process but I cannot fault the attention and courtesy shown by all staff that I have seen and spoken to. If there is any criticism I can make it would be the fixed price fee of the agent. If I could explain further, I wanted to handle all viewings but there was no reduction of the fee offered knowing that the cost to them for handling the viewing would incur agent’s time and fuel which would be a saving to them.

We rented through this agency, and even though some of the employees are nice, there are some that are very bad-mannered also.The keys were kept even though the landlord gave the okay 5 hours ahead. The keys were not handed at the property but at the agency.The landlord requested for the agency to submit meeters and a contract, but neither was handed in.In the end, the landlord cut the collaboration for the property off too.

Our landlord decided to change from Reeds Rains to a local agent. Reeds managed to mistakenly inform the utility companies that we had moved out so they tried to cancel our accounts. We were nearly left with no electricity or water. Utterly unapologetic when asked about it. They have been useless in the 10 years we’ve been renting through them, thank goodness our landlord is great.

Ben Mountford has been excellent in keeping me informed and updated with lease renewals. I would recommend them to help take away the stresses of a landlord

Can not give 0 stars. Castleford branch reeds rain’s absolutely shocking. Paid a Fully managed service and house after letting was a disgrace and damaged. No help. Don’t reply to calls or emails. No respect for customers. No respect for property. I would not let them manage a Wendy house. Incompetent.
