Used Gascoigne Halman Lettings to…

Used Gascoigne Halman Lettings to manage my property - biggest mistake. Took commission every month but did nothing to earn it. Ignored my emails when I reported concerns following an inspection visit report and allowed tenant to damage property which resulted in problems trying to claim money from deposit and eventually left me considerably out of pocket. Didn't know where one set of keys were when I went to collect them! Didn't have the grace to admit their mistakes and apologize. Would certainly NOT recommend!!

Exceptional estate agent

We recently sold our previous house and purchased our new home through Gascoigne Halman in Stockton Heath and we were delighted with the service we received throughout.

Great support from Sasha throughout the selling process. It was challenging at times and some things I would do differently with hindsight but overall we got the result we wanted

Gascoignes Prestbury Office have provided an exceptional service from our initial property viewing through to offer and subsequent exchange of contracts this week. Ed in particular has been amazing!! Professional, calm, patient and very supportive during challenging moments. As buyers we have very much appreciated Ed’s transparent and non-misleading communication - just brilliant. We will be recommending your services. Thank you

I have nothing but praise for the team in Gascoigne Halman Prestbury. From organising the first viewing, right through to completion. Throughout the process they kept us informed and in the final few days before exchange, where they went far beyond their duty of care. I would highly recommend this very professional team.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Best in the region.

I have used seven or eight estate agents in the area and I have to commend Peter Gregg and Amanda Titterton at the Chapel-en-le-Frith office as the best in the region. Pete and Amanda dealt with my sale with efficiency, politeness, discretion and friendliness in the face of some considerable difficulties. I cannot recommend them more highly.

Very disorganised

Wished to make a cash offer on a property, was told viewings were fully booked and was not even offered to have a video viewing of it. If I were the seller I'd be appalled that potential buyers and potential achievement of a higher price were sent away.

The Prestbury team handled what turned out to be a long drawn out sales process (not their fault) in a professional and helpful way, keeping us regularly updated throughout.

Avoid!

Advertised a flat to rent with the wrong information on it and put it down to a 'clerical error', meaning we had to find alternative accommodation at very short notice. Avoid
