Especially, when there is a problem in the property and the landlord needs to be contacted for consent. We are very happy with the service that we have received from Chancellors.

GoogleAfter a poor start with another local agent I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I have received from the lettings team. The marketing is exceptional and the photographer was very polite. Soon they found the exact type of tenant I required and the moving in process was extremely smooth.

GoogleGreat service from the lettings team. Worked really hard to find a property which suited my needs and get me somewhere to live. The lettings manager in particular went the extra mile in accommodating a late viewing due to my working hours and nothing was too much trouble!
