FacebookAbsolutely disgraceful. 48 hours before my step daughter was due to move into a rental property Chancellors have told her that the move cannot go ahead. She has a signed contract and has paid the deposit. No one is responding to phone calls or emails. Spent the whole morning trying to get hold of someone to find out what is happening.

GoogleTried to rent a property with them. Whilst I went ahead with another agency, I would recommend getting in touch with Nathan if you're looking to rent. Friendly guy, shows on time for viewings, take the time to understand your needs and calls back for updates and new listings.

Whilst looking for properties with him, he remembered all the little details of preferences we wanted in a property. He always communicates well is very professional. I would highly recommend.

FacebookWe recently sold our flat through Oliver in the Langley branch who was professional and enthusiastic. Hannah in the progression team was fantastic, it's the first time i've sold a property and she was brilliant, I think I would have gone nuts without her help liasing with the buyers and in particular their crap solicitors! Chancellors are pricey but the customer service we had was great.

He always made sure he kept in contact to let us know what was happening. No problems along the way from start to finish so a big thankyou to him. Just moving in & loving our new home

Alec Worrall in particular was extremely helpful, and managed my expectations, as well as keeping me updated on progress. The commission was fair and reasonable.
