We were extremley pleased with the service we were given, from the inital meeting with Nick to the final completion. Aln proved very reliable, returning 'phonecalls and ensuring that we were kept abreast of each stage. I would have no hesiatation in recommending Chancellors as sale agents.

GoogleI really feel that Chancellors is a 5 star company, and it is always a pleasure to deal with them.I have mostly been in contact with Kevin Franklin who is an excellent listener. Whilst looking for properties with him, he remembered all the little details of preferences we wanted in a property. He always communicates well is very professional. I would highly recommend.

GoogleProfessional, honest & helpful agents" We were very pleased with the service provided by Chancellors Estate Agent. All the staffs were helpful and professional specially Lyle and Nick. Communication was always good and they always responded and answered questions honestly. After sale help was much appreciated.I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will be using them again the future for certain.

GoogleKevin showed us around a property, he is a very personable agent, who had a broad knowledge not only about the house and it's history but also about the local area, the schools and the local amenities. It would be great if all estate agents were like him as that has not been our past experience. Highly recommend Chancellors in Chesham!

Patient, thoughtful, honest and supportive, we really felt they were "on our side" to help move the purchase through. Chancellors' performance and behaviour is exemplary! Thank you!! Alec Worrall in particular was extremely helpful, and managed my expectations, as well as keeping me updated on progress. The commission was fair and reasonable. The marketing is exceptional and the photographer was very polite. Soon they found the exact type of tenant I required and the moving in process was extremely smooth.

GoogleWe sold our house through Chancellors Chesham and were, on the whole, pleased with our experience. I would recommend dealing with Alan as he was professional,informative,calm and never pressurized us. We opted to use the legal team through Chancellors which I feel proved beneficial. Unfortunately the lettings team were not as organised or as professional.
