GoogleJust finished our house hunt in Chesham, sampled all the agents really during our search and Alec at Chancellors was easily the best agent we dealt with. Genuine interest in what we were looking for and didn't try and push things we didn't fancy. So pleased we could give them the business and bought a flat they were selling. Would not hesitate to recommend and when we come to sell in the future they will be the first call.

GoogleVery pleased with buying from Chancellors of Chesham. Daniel Hemsley pulled out all the stops to make the process as stress free as possible. He was always very professional to work with no matter how many questions I had. Nothing was too much trouble and he kept the communication flowing at all times between myself and my seller who lives abroad(not always easy with the time differences!). All in all an excellent service. Thank you very much.

GoogleI have known Nic the manager for years, however its the first time I have asked them to market a property to sell. The Chancellors Team in Chesham office are very friendly and I was impressed with the speed and efficiency they market their clients properties. They work with an independent professional photographer to get the best photos and its all done within 24/48hrs. I would certainly recommend them. Thanks again for all your efforts!

GoogleChancellors have been extremely proactive and positively reassuring at all times. We never expected to sell our house so quickly and they never doubted it for a moment. Alan in particular has been very supportive and professional and a pleasure to liaise with. We were also very happy with the legal team recommended by Chancellors even though we considered going else where. We have had an excellent service and would definitely use them again.

GoogleWe sold our house through Chancellors Chesham and were, on the whole, pleased with our experience. I would recommend dealing with Alan as he was professional,informative,calm and never pressurized us. We opted to use the legal team through Chancellors which I feel proved beneficial. Unfortunately the lettings team were not as organised or as professional.
