I had a really positive experience with Rob and the team throughout the purchase of my property. There were a few unexpected issues along the way and, at times, communication from the solicitors was difficult, but Rob and the team were always incredibly responsive, helpful and happy to chase things up or provide updates where they could, going above and beyond to resolve things directly between myself and the seller. They made what could have been a very stressful process much easier and I really appreciated how approachable and supportive they were throughout. I would definitely recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property.

From the very first meeting, Richard’s enthusiasm and confidence in our property stood out. We’d had three estate agents come to value our home, and Richard’s valuation came in £50,000 higher than the others. When he said, “Trust me, trust my valuation,” we decided to take his word for it, and we’re so glad we did! Our house went on the market and within just 11 days it was sold, very close to the asking price, to the first couple who viewed it. They loved it so much they came back for a second viewing and put in their offer straight after. I did have a small issue when one of the sales progressors left the company but my file was transferred and then everything progressed lighting quick thereafter. Nick was brilliant - he was always communicative and clear with what was happening, our chances of securing the property and the next steps. Most of all, I felt he was an ally for us in getting the house we wanted, and was willing to go the extra mile and make it personal, so that we could make it over the finish line. And it all worked out! Chancellors also clearly have a big team behind them working to make things happen, and that also really made a difference in the efficiency and ability to 'seal the deal'.
