GoogleChancellors have been excellent from the start of my journey with them. From arranging the viewing and to finally moving into my property, I can honestly say I have been impressed with the communication from Danielle and the rest of the lettings team. Any questions I would ask about my new property, would often be answered within hours rather than days which made me feel at ease and made the moving in process simple.

GoogleI was very impressed with Chancellors Chesham and would have liked to have bought through them. Bonnie was a great contact point for me in particular. From start to finish she was professional, efficient, honest and understanding even when I needed to withdraw my search having found a great property! She demonstrated a genuine interest in my needs as a client, I can wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home.

GoogleI purchased a flat through Chancellor's with the help of Kevin Franklin. Kevin is a really decent person to deal with and was very helpful when looking round properties. He was always willing to spend time on the phone, or face-to-face, to update on things. Kevin was also able to advise on what could be done to a property to change the layout or potentially increase value, due to his previous experience in the building industry.

GoogleWe bought a flat through Chancellors - Chesham Branch last December. After fairly average viewings with previous agents it was refreshing to get professional service from them. Right through the buying process Alan kept us informed on a regular basis and did everything he could to help move the sale along. Which completed just before Christmas in very short time. When I come to sell they'll be the first agents I call.

Daniel Hemsley is an excellent asset to the business; he is professional, friendly and very helpful. When our exchange got delayed Daniel was able to give us details on delay reason before our solicitors managed to establish that. Daniel is definitely a go to person at Chancellors!!!

GoogleStaff lied multiple times about the property we were moving into. This includes the agreed price with the landlord. The keys were late on move in day and they tried asking us to move in the next day. Specific details we asked about they lied about too. Everything about this branch is unprofessional and I would not go through chancellors or recommend them to friend. I called this morning to ask for some simple information and they said they would call me right back, no one had called me back. They appear to have no respect for people. Don't be mislead by my rating. I would give them 0/5 if possible.

GoogleChancellors are the worst people I've ever met. They are rude, unprofessional and devious. They never answer the phones, they don't respond to their emails, they withheld information from us, both of the women (ciara brown and Gemma batey) who were supposed to be dealing with our move were extremely rude on several occasions and told me that chasing up references was my responsibility even though the referencing forms were never sent out and I paid £160 per person in fees. They sent out wrong contracts that had to be redone but we only ever found this out after I called them otherwise they wouldn't have told us about it. After over a month of them having my deposit and our moving date being pushed back several times we had an email on the day before we were due to move in saying that we could no longer move in. They lied about the reason for this when in actual fact it was because they hadn't done anything they were supposed to do in preparation for our move including getting a professional clean done. They left me, my husband and our 8 month old baby homeless. It is now 2 weeks later and they still haven't returned my deposit . Avoid chancellors at all cost! They are a bad company and the people who work their are nasty and don't care about their jobs or their customers. They are thieves.
