FacebookBidmead cook in Ross were very helpful and easy to get hold of. They were friendly and informative with my valuation and although the figure given was slightly more inflated then others I still preferred their more personal approach then others. We found Emma Berry to be very helpful and I would recommend her personally as she will really fight to sort out buyers and solicitors. I sometimes felt that some at the estate agents were more concerned about our buyers than us so as a couple of things to work on I would just ensure that the seller always feels you are on their side and give a bit of a timeline as to what to expect as we were not sure when we were meant to hear from different people or what the process was. All in all a great service and thank you Emma for all your hard work.

From my initial phone conversation to arrange to view a different property to what I eventually purchased to the day I walked into the office to pick up the keys, Jay has been on hand throughout the entire process to answer queries and help move the process along swiftly. I can’t praise their professionalism, knowledge and customer service enough - and as someone who has worked in that remit for some time, it really does make a difference to the entire experience. From my first meeting with Jay, he set himself apart from the other 4 estate agents I had viewed with by knowing the property itself, being honest and open about the potential of the house and also being ready to hand with answers to questions, with those he couldn’t answer being answered in due course after discussion with the vendor. FacebookIf I could give a zero or minus rating, the Pencoed branch would get it. Avoid at all cost. I have never come across such an unprofessional and untrustworthy establishment. The Sharon Howe is named because I believe she has been the biggest problem. For a branch manager, I would expect excellent service of a trustworthy nature. This I did not get. We were lied to from the very beginning. We relocated with 4 young children from England. We were told it would be a long,long term rental. Before the 6 months was up, we were told that out of the blue the new landlords wished to move in and that Sharon was "as shocked as we were". This is a lie as we have since established that the new landlords told them of their intentions when they agreed on the sale, before we moved in!!!! They even wanted to measure up for renovations the weekend we moved in!!!!! Shocking, unprofessional behaviour who does not deserve the custom they get.

FacebookSpoke to Nicola in accounts today. Asked her why Bidmead had taken rent out 2 months after we left the property. My partner was told as she's as adult she should be taking care of her own accounts. Then laughed at me then laughed and said for goodness sake it's not going to happen until Monday (referring to getting the months rent refunded). Absolutely appalling service ONCE AGAIN from Bidmead. Avoid ever renting through this agency If what you want is an agent who can take care of things for you in an empathetic manor. No im sorry, no I'll see what we can do. Just laughing. Absolutely appalling.

FacebookBeen an absolute nightmare from day 1. Brenda from the Brynmawr estate agents, I have no Idea how she's been employed. She isn't competent enough to pass on simple information, regarding contract resigning. This isn't the first time she has done this either. Saying she's at the Ebbw Vale branch, when she wasn't! Then told us we were able to collect and sign contracts at home.. Failing to mentioned we needed a witness.
I've never know an estate agents to be so lazy, selfish and doesn't grasp the concept of good customer service.

Today I contacted her by phone after many previous complaints to be told she'd investigate this afternoon and promised to get back to me by close of day. Yet again no contact.... I have requested her Director details Jeanne Fry Thomas by 10am tommorow and their complaints procedure. I bet I don't hear from her.....I am so very stressed and will be going to ombudsman. DO NOT ENGAGE with these unprofessionals.

My worst experience was with Bidmead Cook Estate Agent Abergavenny. They have their own tricks to kick you out of the sale , if the property is good and is in demand, as they have their own rules for selection of the buyer which does not follow the normal or expected rules , but if the property is not in demand they will call you and email you telling this is the best option in the world. Please keep away from them don’t trust every word they say to avoid disappointment
