GoogleKristina and Sophie were genuinely amazing. From valuation to constant communication and updates during the whole sale process, I simply can not fault them in any way; I could not have any higher recommendation for these two ladies. The fact that I sold my second property through them after two months of selling my first one shows their expertise and professionalism - a genuine pleasure to do business with. And they managed to sell both properties on their first day of viewings by having a network of clients and understanding of their needs - and Kristina valued my one property and 11% higher than another local agent and it still sold at full price. Currently viewing a lot of properties. Appointment to view a property with R A Bennett. Met punctually with a warm welcome by Trainee negotiator Maya from the Dursley office. Maya handed me a set of particulars (the only negotiator to have details ready to give to me on viewing from the 4 properties that I had viewed that week with other agents). Big plus. All questions that I asked were either answered from notes at hand or written down for the information to be relayed to me later. The appointment was unhurried. A few key features highlighted without being too verbose or over the top. That evening I received an email with clear answers to questions that I had asked such as general running costs, who owned and was responsible for which boundary. Excellent service and a diligent member of staff.

GoogleBuying a property from the other side of the world (Sydney, Australia) in 6 weeks was always going to be challenging, add Covid lockdowns in the UK, and taxes for overseas investors increasing from 1st April and it seemed like it might not happen by 31 March. But it did! And in no small measure to the irrepressible Sophie Harkness and her equally talented colleague Ellie Ferris. Both ladies went the extra mile to provide pictures and videos of the property, and dealt with the 11 hour time difference ensuring that queries were turned around quickly and I always felt supported. Sophie is always positive, responsive and drives things forward. As Ellie takes over from a Lettings perspective she is getting through the work to prepare the property and find the right tenant. Thank you both, you are a real asset to your company and profession, and I am very grateful for all you have done to make this happen. Best wishes from Down Under! GoogleOf every estate agent we dealt with in the house-viewing stage Sophie Harkness was leagues above the rest in her professionalism, friendliness and responsiveness. Once we decided to make an offer on a home she walked us through every stage right up until the handover and guided us through the process. She regularly checked in with us and made the process a simple and enjoyable one despite the daunting admin and paperwork we originally expected. I can't recommend her and R. A. Bennet & Partners' services enough!

Took us through the process step by step, answered all our questions and did all of the organising in preparation and with the actual letting. I won’t say which dump we had to deal with but they have to be the worst one, I have ever dealt with. Suffice to say they’ll do everything to get you to sign, and then after that, surprise surprise, flats not finished with essential work, then they state ‘well we don’t have to because you didn’t ask’ and then ‘well you’re signed now’ Also, they use questionable credit agencies to do checks as well that also ultimate people half way through applications to pay off debts that they are already paying, otherwise you can’t buy or rent. Genuinely couldn’t make this up! Absolutely shocking and not one f___ given by them. Audacity is the only word I’d use to describe them. Sadly this is that state of the UK now. No one cares at the top, so that filters down. Genuinely regret choosing them

If i could i would give 0 starts. Was buying a house and they are highly manipulating they tell you that you have to use their solicitor and their morgage advisor because otherwise they wont sell you the house. Which is a scam dont believe them the seller has no say in what solicitors or morgage advisor you pick. They said the same lie to 2 other people I know because they try to push on getting their solicitors and they WILL scam you on the quote.

GoogleExcellent team work. Initially worked with Nathan in the Evesham branch, when my location needs changed Nathan promptly referred me to Ellie in the Cheltenham branch. Ellie promptly responded to the many questions I had and worked with my unique circumstance ( looking for a rental flat while out of the country) Ellie made what could be a very stressful experience into a much pleasant one and even though we worked remotely, I had complete confidence in the entire process. We managed to secure a rental flat in a timely manner! 5 stars and then some!

GoogleWOW ... I cannot rate the R A Bennett experience highly enough. I sold my property exactly how I wanted to, with a single open day rather than lots of separate viewings as it fitted in with work and life commitments. It sold for above what I was expecting and on the day! I then bought through R A Bennett as well after having been very poorly served by another agent. There were a number of inevitable hiccoughs in the process and every one was handled efficiently and professionally. The team were fantastic and really helped my as a seller and a buyer to complete the transactions ... all whilst heavily pregnant! If you want a professional and honest estate agents ... this is it!

Avoid this company at all costs. Amey Taylor- Radmore is supposedly their lettings manager. She is a liar, a bully and I wouldn't trust her to help someone cross the road. They have stolen my personal belongings and will not allow me access to get to them. they stole and destroyed a legal document of mine. Amey has continually lied and is clearly teaching the other members of her staff to do the same.IF YOU WANT TO RENT OR HAVE A PROPERTY TO LET OUT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL.

Called today and spoke to Emma regarding the property we bought through them last year.......lots and lots of issues (new build). I felt the phone call was going well, I asked my partner for his mobile number to pass to Emma but she told me she 'didn't like my tone' (tones a funny thing, unless you know someone well you cannot asses if a tone is off or normal for that person,I do know unless someone is being rude, its extremely unprofessional to comment on it ) I said 'fine, I'm coming to the office now, see you in a minute', Emma then called the police. So unfortunately my experience with this company is you can't talk over the phone and you can't see them in person and they also sell poorly built homes. I've asked for the recordings of our phone calls too. I don't recommend this company at all for various reasons.........although we have now had a good giggle at Emma's expense! Sorry Emma 😂😂

Ellouise and Jessica have been very helpful in finding a tenant for my apartment which I was unable to sell. Ellouise especially has done everything she can to get it rented. I was fortunate in having a very good tenant previously and hope the new tenant will be as good. There does seem to be an issue with losing keys as noted by someone else.
