GoogleI first contacted Me & You Estate Agents as a buyer, enquiring about a property. When I spoke to Mark, I was impressed by how he spoke about the property I was interested in, his knowledge of it’s history and the way in which he described it. It made me think “I would love this estate agent to talk about my home in that way”. Having not heard of Me&You before, I first looked at their website and was pleasantly surprised to see a fee structure, clearly presented with straightforward prices, inclusive of VAT. Mark came out to meet me that week and came across as genuine, straight talking, open and interested in my home. Mark had researched similar properties which provided strong evidence and support when deciding what price to market my home at. I took his advice on this and having achieved the asking price, am very pleased I did. Within 1 week, the photos had been taken, signed off by me and my property on Rightmove. Mark kept me updated every week as to the number of hits and any verbal interest. More importantly he reassured me that there would be a buyer when things seemed quiet. Once the offer had been accepted, Mark kept in contact with the solicitors and other estate agent in the chain. He was always courteous and took the right approach in pushing things forward but in such a way that no party felt pushed or uncomfortable. Having moved several times, I can sincerely say that this is the best service I have received from an estate agent and would highly recommend using Me&You. Whilst I hope not to be moving again for some time, I know when I do that Mark will be my first and only phone call.

He was at hand with any questions we had big or small, kept us updated every week with any news from solicitors from both sides, and even picked up the Keys on the last day which was great considering all the stress and hassle of moving out by lunchtime, Great Bloke, Very trustworthy, I wish him all the best and hope to catch up with him again one day…
