Harry Bethell came for the initial valuation with a vast knowledge of similar houses in the area and what they had sold for and was confident they could sell ours for a higher price than we had considered and higher than the other two agents I saw suggested, which they did in a short amount of time. He also gave us lots of good advice on our onward purchase which helped us secure our dream house. Great team. Will always use them in the future and would highly recommend.
