GoogleWe have been so lucky that our landlord chose to have Elliot Oliver for our agents. We moved into our first flat 8 months ago and Karolina @ Elliot Oliver has been brilliant throughout - really kind and attentive, we could not have asked for more. We have recently bought a flat and we realise now how fantastic Elliot Oliver have been - if only all estate agents were as good! Would 100% recommend and we will definitely be using them in the future.

FacebookNot a good service received today for me or my daughter on the way things were handled and having worked in this area myself this will will certainly not be the end of the matter. Should really have given me more time to discuss the situation without shutting it right down. Mind you having read the previous review I think we have had a very lucky escape with not having you as managing agents and you certainly do not do what you say on your website about going that extra mile. I myself worked in this industry in Birmingham and for a big Plc company and we would never have dealt with the situation in this manner. The first my daughter heard of the situation was by email too! Not even a courtesy phone call about a disgruntled landlord/friend who decided to give a bad reference which was uncertainly uncalled for. We have also received advice so you will most definitely be hearing from us further with with regards to monies taken.

GoogleI have been dealing with Phil Gibbens since day 1. He is true professional. He is always available. I work ridiculous hours but I know he would understand if I contact him outside the normal 9-5 office hours. He never say no to any of my requests, instead, he always goes the extra mile to sort them out. I would highly recommend EO simply because Phil works there 💖

For any landlords looking for an attentive, proactive management company then I 100% recommend! They are a real breath of fresh air and are so easy to deal with!
