They haven't finish the land registration in HM.Andrews told us the costs would be around £2000, DC law charged us £3500, trying to duplicate 2 proceedings.Even if you buy a property from Andrews, don't use DC Law for the legal proceedings, even Andrews insists you to contract them

I am disappointed with the company’s way of handling an holding deposit . They requested we pay this amount (£346.15 ) to let a 2 bed flat after failing the reference check. We demanded for our deposit back. We were told that we couldn’t get a refund because we told them we earn more. I have requested them to send us a proof or document where we confirm our earning. Nothing was sent. All they said was for us to get a solicitor that the deposit has been handed to the landlord and they will not refund and they will not reply any more email from us.
