Tony worked hard and showed a lot of persistence to get our sale done. He gave us a valuation that surprised me, never thought the house could be worth that much, and he got it sold for that much - despite the markets taking a tumble shortly afterwards (the Liz Truss debacle). Very satisfied with Andrews and with Tony in particular.

They found a new tenant really quickly and provided paperwork that was clear and understandable. They were responsive to any queries I had and remained professional throughout the whole experience. GoogleWhat impressed me most about the service from Andrews was the "team" approach. I was able to drop into the office and, regardless of which agent I spoke to, I was able to get an update on my sale. It wasn't even a case of them looking info up on their system, they obviously spent time discussing and updating one another on the current state of play of all the sales they were handling, so they were able to give an instant update on current progress. This was backed up by very thorough record keeping/sale tracking on their online system. This meant that I was confident that my sale would progress even if my dedicated agent was on holiday. Jon's proactive approach to my sale was also impressive. He kept me updated without prompting, he chased my solicitor and buyer to keep things moving and he remained a cheerful, calming presence throughout the process. In summary, Andrews made a very stressful process a lot more pleasant than it could have been. They were worth every penny of their fee and I would recommend them to local sellers.
