GoogleI used Andrews to sell my Mother's sheltered housing flat under probate. The process was always going to be difficult as we had to deal both the restricted market for this type of property and the extra requirements imposed on the sale by the lease holders. Added to this the country went into Covid lockdown throughout most of the time the flat was on the market. Nevertheless Andrews kept the momentum going, and kept me informed of progress at all times. I was particularly grateful for their positive attitude when one potential sale fell through, quickly finding a new buyer and ensuring that sale was eventually successful.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
