I have to say our property manager nicola Is absolutely amazing Nothing is ever to much trouble. Even when on annual leave I always have a response as soon as she returns. Leave a message she always calls back. Nothing is ever to much trouble. Nicola is always there with a helping hand and goes above and beyond. I have rented a property with Andrews for over 5 years and I have NEVER had a issue with them. Everything that needs to be done have been done. Paperwork is always up to date. Gas safety and electrical checks are always done even when I forget they are due! Work that needs to be done is always done. They only ever a call and email away if I need anything. From all rental companies I have come across they have to be up there with the best. So thank you again Nicola and Andrews

I've just completed a house purchase through Bear Flat Branch. Excellent support and service from Emma M from first viewing, all through the solicitors process to completion! Constant progress updates. When contacting the branch if Emma wasn't available I was pleasantly surprised to find all the rest of the team were totally up to speed with what was happening on our house especially during negotiations. Very impressive. All the team I dealt with, Emma also Keith, Rowan, Matt were very knowledgable about the area of the property I was interested in and the market. Sarah has been a fantastic property manager over a number of years for Andrews. Initially, when I decided to rent out my UK property, I wanted a single point of contact for all queries ranging from rental payments to repairs and contracts. Sarah has performed this role exceptionally well. The recent communication between myself and the tenant, requesting permission to redecorate is a classic example where she simply facilitates a timely conversation with the tenant. Simple? It should be but it is not always the case with many serivce companies where trying to get a quick answer is often difficult and bureaucratic. This is the importance of dedicated professional property managers. Thanks for the great customer service.

I have been with Andrews for a couple of years now and I am still very impressed and amazed how they provide excellent services to their tenants, customers and clients. Anything from a little inquiry to biggest repair concerns, they always are on top of it and make sure they are addressed as soon as possible. Very efficient. We are absolutely delighted to have chosen to go with Andrews to sell our property, Stan and his team cannot be recommended enough they have always been polite, punctual and very professional and oh so extremely helpful considering we had a few hiccups along the way with buyers and solicitors.
