Andrews (bear Flat office in Bath) have sold nearly all of my houses and most have been purchased through them too. I/We had a bit of a nightmare run of purchasing and losing properties recently. 6 in total! We were looking for a UK bolt hole, as we are moving to Cyprus. Found a suitable property in Bath. But it soon became apparent that this was not going to be an easy ride, the chain above, just kept getting bigger and bigger. Sophia (and Keith) were just brilliant - top communication specialists! Every day they chased all other parties, estate agents, vendors, etc and kept in contact with the whole chain, to see when / how things were moving. They literally managed the whole chain - up and down. .I got daily situation reports from Sophia and I have never met an estate agent that worked so hard on my behalf. Hats off and respect for Sophia's communication skills. Unfortunately, though, after 5 weeks of waiting, I couldn't wait any longer for people up the chain to find their "dream property", while everyone else waited, so sadly for Sophia, I found something else, but I cannot praise Sophia and the team up there, for trying so hard to get the whole deal across the line.

Highly Recommend Andrews Property Group - Westbury on Trym Branch

I recently purchased a property in Henbury, Bristol, and I can't praise Andrews Property Group's Westbury on Trym branch enough. Ashley, who arranged property visits and negotiated with vendors, was brilliant. Special thanks to Charlotte for her support during the buying process and Claire for providing information swiftly. Although as a first-time buyer, a small celebratory gesture like a bottle of wine or champagne upon receiving the keys would have been nice, it's a minor point I know, but I've got a photo that I asked for during the keys collector, and I am happy with it. Also, they gave me a lovely handwritten card. Overall, a seamless and efficient experience. I appreciate the Andrews Westbury on Trym branch crew and look forward to using their services again in the future. Thank you all!

My boiler broke on a Saturday…

My boiler broke on a Saturday afternoon, I called the office and spoke to Kay who was super helpful in helping me trouble shoot the boiler over the phone. It still didn’t work unfortunately so on Monday morning Louisa got right on it and called the engineer for me. When he didn’t contact me within a few hours she chased him up again for me and he was at my door within a couple hours and fixed it. Louisa then called me back a couple days later to check everything was still okay and still working. Both Kay and Louisa were very efficient and on top of things, can’t complain about anything! Fab customer service. Thanks guys!

My experience with Andrew's - Luke in leasehold

My experience with Andrew's over the years has been very hit and miss. However, since Luke in Leasehold has been working for Andrew's my entire experience of the company has changed. He is truly amazing! He is intelligent, knowledgeable, a great problem solver, and an all round excellent person. Luke is quick to reply, and offers support above and beyond always. He has supported me with some very complex property issues recently and has actually calmed me with his support and expertise. My experience of Andrew's as a company would not be the same without him (please never leave).

Great help and assistance

I've moved into my rented apartment in November 2020. The procedure with Andrews was pretty quick and straightforward. I've been here for 3 years, to be very honest, luckily, I've not had any major issues, any minor issues I've had have been handled quickly. My most recent main problem I had, was my thermostat switch had been burnt out. I rang the office, and Louisa Davidson handled my call. She was very helpful and inquisitive. I rang around 16:30 and then again for an update 17:15. With so late in the evening before they closed up. Louisa was very prompt and adamant I got the help I needed at such notice. I had someone come out to me at 8:30am the following day, by 11:00 it was fixed and had hot water again. Louisa rang me the following morning to check if everything was sorted. I spoke to her about another little issue, to which I had response back the following day. I just wanted to say thank you to Louisa and also to all the staff at Andrews in Gloucester.

Great effort received from Andrews Bath Bear Flat

We bought our house from Andrew Bath Bear Flat. Zak McCulloch and Emily Snell have been really helpful throughout the purchase process. We got quick response and confirmation for the first and second viewing. Although the sale was dragged by the seller’s onward purchase for months, Andrews’ agents were able to convince the seller to break the chain after we explained our struggles and difficulties. Zak kept us update on the sale regarding to what document is left to forward to our solicitor, even tried to contact with the estate agent of seller’s onward purchase property to understand what was going on. We were able to get updates from the other members of the team when Zak and Emily were on leave. We would say be rest assured when you purchase a property from Andrews Bath Bear Flat.

Jodi is the most amazing estate agent.

Me and my family were being kicked out of the house and were really struggling to find a house and we went on rightmove and applied for this one house which was absolutely perfect for us, I applied for it in the morning and my mum got a call around an hour or less later and we had got our first viewing, my mum mentioned how her and an estate agent called Jodi had got on so well and we all had such high hopes, the viewing came along and we fell inlove with the house and Jodi was so amazing and helpful, we mentioned how we now have a puppy and we started to lose hope and then we got a call the weekend after and we were told we got the house. Exceptional service

I simply cannot recommend Andrews (Wallington), especially Ben Gordon-Smith enough. Having separated from my husband and living with family it was a very hard time for me and my x2 girls. After viewing a number of properties and not being selected, I saw a 2nd property through Andrews and got to meet Ben in person and explained my situation.After initially not being selected for a 2 bedroom flat in Wallington, 2 weeks later Ben contacted me to say that the initial people selected had a change in circumstances and if I was still looking he could speak to the landlord. He recommended me and really supported and helped me and my guarantor through the process, which was not easy. He truly cares and has a heart of gold, he went out of his way to help me and at times like this a little kindness means so much. His colleagues Austin and Karen were also so helpful. The customer experience with Andrews is truly remarkable and I cannot recommend them enough.
