GoogleSlow to respond, constantly having to chase for a rental, rude staff..peter Mason. There was no way I could continue to offer £2000 per month rental with this poor attitude and delayed responses to emails and calls. Wouldn’t recommend for tenants or landlords. I’ve only being enquiring for over a month. Just one big failure. As backed up my another review. Disappointed and wouldn’t recommend

GoogleWe found the staff at Chelmsford very professional and hands on with the conveyancing process. We struggled to get offers on our farmhouse and had tried three other agents with no results before using S and P . We would recommend them strongly.

I am so glad I chose S&P to sell my large Georgian home. I have a long history of buying and selling houses so I almost expected the pitfalls and inefficiency that have become predictable from other agents. However, S&P's Consultant Gina Simpson made it a very short and pain-free process. I am sure behind the scenes she worked very hard, but for me her no fuss, no headache, and professional approach made it all go orderly and smoothly to its conclusion. Her negotiation skills on our behalf meant we ( she ) achieved almost the asking price in a home that is so unique it could easily have stuck around on the market if left to other agents' middle-of-the-road efforts.Gina is empathetic, full of great ideas and initiative for overcoming hurdles and is also very personable and pleasant to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend S&P to anyone at any level, but in particular for high-end properties.

Trying to sell in the recent economic climate was not easy. We were very happy with the service provided by Amy and Hamish who were always responsive and helpful, meeting as necessary to discuss next steps and how best to respond to a changing sales market. They realised how much the house meant to us over many years and made good links with our lawyer pending the sale.

GoogleDidn't want to give this so called brilliant estate agents a one star they do not deserve it after the way we have been treated the past 3 years we have been renting from them. My first point is you ring the office for some help if there is a problems and you get told they will give you a ring back but you wait and wait and still no call back. We had a problem with the flooring in our kitchen and got told they would sort it when someone finally came out to have a look he was very surprised and said it was asbestos in the kitchen flooring when they finally decided to address this issue and get new flooring it was 9 months later walking on asbestos in my kitchen. We also asked to get someone to have a look at the bathroom due to there being thick black mould accumulating on our bathroom ceiling when we asked about this we where told to wipe it with bleach and water NOT ACCEPTABLE. And to top of this matter we are now being evicted after being there 3 years but have also heard that we are not the only people this has happened to due to 3 other families have been evicted aswell from these houses they are renting to people ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING how this company is still running I will never know no respect for tenants atall

Strutt and Parker Sevenoaks Branch have recently completed the sale of our property. Despite the chain being problematic due to the failings of other estate agents within the chain. Victoria Rose of S & P was professional, honest and did everything possible to ensure our buyers were able to proceed with the purchase on many occasions out of office hours and at weekends. The good lines of communication S & P maintained between buyers, solicitors and developers resulted in us moving into our dream Home.

Sadly our experience hasn't been great with Strutt & Parker.Here is some honest feedback about our experience!1. Promises and deadlines for marketing our property were undelivered2. The photo shoot was that bad we had to appoint our own photographer.3. Once a viewing was booked we'd spend hours preparing our property to look its best and after the viewing we'd receive zero feedback.This was on the selling side only.Ref the purchasingWe were in a chain whereas both properties were marketed by Strutt and Parker. The vendors of where we were purchasing decided they couldn't find anywhere suitable after we'd spent £2500 on legal fees. If this was not bad enough we were even more mortified when Strutt & Parker willingly re-marketed the property just a few months later for £50k more without even consulting us first.This will be costly to Strutt & Parker going forwards as we are property developers in the area, and they could have generated a lot more business from us, however we have gone with another agent who will be selling 5 properties for us in the first instance.

With an overseas vendor and in the middle of a covid lockdown they proved excellent brokers and the sale wouldn’t have happened without their input. We had been looking to move home for the past 18 months and struggled to find the perfect property which met our family’s needs. We've dealt with Caroline Clark twice over the past year and we are truly disgusted with her manners. Very unprofessional and abrupt, cannot wait to get rid of you!Do not waste your money doing reference checks with her, she's not open and honest about what the landlord will and will not accept. You will pay for the reference only to discover that there's some reason that you can't be accepted as a tenant. Her one-liner emails are very impersonal. She forgets that she's made an appointment for a house viewing and has kept us waiting at a property while she casually drives up without an apology. The worst customer service ever. Disgusting.
