GoogleAbsolutely useless haven’t got a clue how to run a business tried buying two properties 7 months ago for asking price, messed me around for around a month told us it’s sold to someone else after saying it’s going to be ours etc etc and guess what there still for sale back on market !!!!

I recently had to decide which estate agent we would use to sell our 20 acre Farm in Ewhurst.I had lived on the farm for over 15 years, and had converted the farm outbuildings into affordable units for letting.We eventually chose Strutt and Parker, and right from the word go, Ken Roberts advised us to split the farm into four separate units, so that prospective buyers could either buy the whole farm or the separate units.Splitting one title into four separate titles is a lot of work. We made good use of Strutt and Parker's mapping team who are land registry approved.This made getting drawings a simple task.We also used the amazing team at Strutt and Parker to produce a brochure showing the four separate units, which once published on the web sites caused a massive response, such that we were getting in excess of twelve viewings per day.We were looked after by an experience team of property sales negotiators who handled all the viewings and dealt with the prospective purchasers.Thanks go to Nadia, Pippa, Holly, Sarah-Jane, Debra,Stephanie and in particular to Jackie who has a special relationship with the solicitors acting for both the seller and the purchaser.Working together the team at Strutt and Parker, sold all four lots and dealt with lots of tricky questions to achieve total farm sold for the price they thought they could achieve from the outset. I would not hesitate to use Strutt and Parker again.Ian Mills

GoogleWe sold our house through Strutt & Parker. Due to Covid restrictions we conducted the viewings ourselves which saved the agent time, but was not reflected in commission charged, and initially we felt that communication could have been better; it improved when it was agreed that we would deal solely with one member of staff. Where Strutt & Parker excelled was in following up the chain both above and below us once we had accepted an offer. The whole process to completion took over 5 months and would have been even more stressful without John Seward's dogged determination to keep things on track. He is extremely enthusiastic and friendly and quickly understands the characters of both seller and buyer and handles all situations well. He even worked, if necessary, out of business hours. He ensured anyone to deal with my sale had visited the house before it was launched. Vanessa who undertook the viewings was brilliant as was Chloe in the office who set up appointments and dealt with questions.

This agents refuse to take me off their database, they keep sending me information on available listing like every day. this pollutes my mailbox and frustrates me, I had written to them many time to stop and used UNSUBSCRIBE feature nothing works so far. We recently brought a house through Strutt and Parker. All I can say is they have been amazing from start to finish. Belinda at the Cambridge branch helped us from the minute she showed us around our home , until after we exchanged. She was incredible at advising us on what we needed to do, liaising with the buyers, dealing with solicitors and getting so many answers for our questions. She always responded to emails in a timely manner and was so wonderfully kind. We can not thank her enough. If I was selling my house she is exactly the person you would want to deal with.

GoogleIt's like dealing with stroppy teenagers. The lettings director is a immature, narcissistic child, who throws her toys out the pram when asked to provide customer service. They believe they're involved in a one way agreement where only their tenants are expected to give up their time for repeated visits where nothing is ever fixed. BNP..... Probably.

Brilliant service both buying and selling our properties. Very fast at getting the property on the market and sold within a week! Nothing was ever too much trouble, from the numerous questions raised and answers found in a timely manner. I am sure these were often dealt with in the staff free time as well. We dealt mainly with one member of staff which made it more personal and effective She was professional, knowledgeable and empathetic throughout and you really felt she had your back and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend!

The Strutt and Parker team in Exeter led by Ollie have just sold our farm house, a range of stone barns and our Q barn.It started by two visits by the team discussing how to go about the sale and how to divide the property up.We then put it on the market and left them to sort all the problems out.What a fantastic decision that was, It was a difficult property to market but they made it look easy, we even had discussions with them well outside office hours.A big thank you to the whole team, we would not only use them again we have also recommended them to friends.First class service.

We put our wonderful old house on the market in September 2018, just in time for the worst of the Brexit impasse, followed in early 2020 by Covid-19. In these inauspicious market conditions Strutt and Parker worked extra-hard to publicise the house, with features in the Telegraph, The Sunday Times and elsewhere, as well as getting us a free repeat advert in Country Life. The brochure was excellent as was the Matterport 3-D digital survey. Throughout the 2 years it took to sell, they kept us well informed of the market, and the views of potential buyers. We were pleased by the service they provided.

GoogleI have never dealt with a worse Estate agent before i emailed Jenny about a property and was booked in with a viewing for 10am i went to view the property and then called up to put a offer in to be told someone "beat me to it" i asked how that was possible and was told because someone who viewed it at half 9 called straight away and took the property and its on a first come first service which was not stated once or i wouldn't of even gone to my viewing also the fact that i travelled over 40 minutes to view a property which was taken off the market half hour before my appointment and i was not called to be told not to come or nothing and they allowed me to view the property knowing i wouldn't be able to accept it i called to ask a manager to call me back as was not happy and that obviously didnt happen awful service wasted my time and appalling how they work it with a first come first when they have other viewings available on the same day!!!!

Due to the unique nature of the property which included a mix of residential and business elements, the sale process was more involved than anticipated, however at every step, Strutt and Parker facilitated negotiations between relevant parties, ultimately arriving at a sale.
