I have been a landlord for over 20 years now and have used many agents to find tenants and my experience using Property Stop was amazing. As a business placing people into our properties they take time to find the right tenant by interviewing them and carry out all the necessary checks ensuring trustworthiness and ability to pay the rent. I would particularly like to say thank you to Richard Parry who managed the whole process for me and communicated with me on a daily basis until contracts were signed. I also have confidence that any support I will require in the future Property Stop will be at the end of the phone to support me. I have no hesitation in recommending Property Stop as the go to agents for anything property related.

We have been working with Property-Stop for more than 15 years. Their service is very professional. They react quickly to any request or concerns coming from landlords or tenants. Total professionals

These guys have let my properties for me over the last 25 years and have been fantastic throughout. Professional, honest, kind caring team

I have found it incredibly difficult to find a property to rent in Chelmsford. Other letting agents seemed disinterested in helping despite the fact that it was distressing not having a home for me and my children. All the staff at Property Stop have been amazing, in particular Richard who went above and beyond to help me secure a property. Very unprofessional staff more interested in her designer bags!

AwfulThis company did not treat the tenants well they made false claims about items that were wear and tear.. They said mould was due to no ventilation and black marks above radiatirs were burning candles! These were due to the dust marks from windows being left open to try and stop mould!!! They also gave no notice when they were showing newtenants around house snd even brought new tenants into bedrooms when tenants asleep! Agent even showed other student passports who had nothing to do with the house to tenants just to tell them gossip! very unprofessional!
