Complete madness, our information is wrong, they don't update it, they don't reply to email, to force us to have us phone numbers even though it's not a requirement to have a business in the us. It's crazy that other companies rely on their information to supply servicies.

All this is is a money making scam. They report partial truths and make it impossible to update or correct for the small business. Give bad report incorrectly then ask you to pay $8000 so you can get them corrected. It's BS and they need to be sued.

Absolutely useless, the information I got from our company is completely incorrect and their answer to "fixing the problem" was "sorry there is nothing we can do"; instead of helping they only gave excuses.I would not trust their rating information as it is very outdated and not pulling the correct information from the correct sources.

I bought the first few reports with my credit card. So far so good. However now they automatically charge my credit card each year despite the fact that I sent them several emails and called them many times. This is a total scam.,.. impossible to opt out once you sign up. Dont fall for it.

They are scammers they report false information damaging your company reputation then want you to pay them just to dispute the fake reporting from a vendor I never used or had credit with.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
