TrustpilotDo not do business with this company
Do not do business with this company. They take your money and do not deliver and do not help. If you have a 3rd party that is requiring a DUNS Number, then refuse them, explain the issues, and force to be verified another way.
The worst Customer Service ever encountered. I called in 3 times, each time getting a different representative. Each and Every call was met with a foreign speaking individual. Each one was a struggle to speak and understand English. Each time I requested someone else to help me, and each time I was refused. I requested to speak with a supervisor each and every time to hopefully get someone who could understand the issue. I was flat out refused twice, even requesting over and over again, the representatives kept saying "I can help you" but yet did not understand the issue at hand, so how exactly can they help, when language and issue is not understood. the 3rd representative kept putting me on hold and coming back telling me no supervisor available.

TrustpilotThis company website is trash
This company website is trash, I was trying to update my info for weeks all the website did was belch and fart yet never deliver the results. I made changes and it changed the information back to the old info. Finally I called the customer service line and was redirected to the Philippines. How is relaying calls to a foriegn country helpful with American business. Customer service was trying to be helpful, it was just a problem that had gone on waaay too long trying to update my info.

TrustpilotWas forced to sign up for a DUNS number…
Was forced to sign up for a DUNS number by the FDA. Dun and Bradstreet concocted a bogus company name that I never typed in and assigned the DUNS number to that fictitious company even though the proof of ownership documents I submitted had the correct company name on them. Now the FDA will not accept the assigned DUNS number for my genuine company. This is outrageous and they forced me to upload biometric data to prove my identity. Seems like a massive and insidious scam

TrustpilotNo longer reputable
Unfortunately, this company has been taken over by marketers for garbage or scam b2b services. Once your company is listed, it's a barrage of spam phone calls and texts. They treat your company's info like it's public information even if it's not correct. Try getting it updated and they want you to go through a two week verification process as if you're applying for a mortgage or passport.

They let some random person update our company info and list themselves as the owner. They used the wrong number for our numbered company. I am legitimately trying to update the company details but they wont let me. Ive told them we arent an equipment contractor, but apparently theyve verified we are. Dealing with them is frustrating

TrustpilotBe aware very deceptive paperwork and unimaginable chaos
Was rung up and told our system was out-of-date, recommended to go to VIOP. We explained our own moderately complex system was told all would be well. Took three months to install, have been overcharged, was rung up and asked if I wanted to cancel lines, agreed not knowing they were our broadband presumed they knew. Phones did not operate for the first three weeks, no Internet for a week, phones affected in house Wi-Fi. Attempting to talk to anybody who could resolve things was a nightmare and still is. My businesses lost over £10,000 they have offered me £20 compensation for loss of business!. Has nearly bankrupted our business. Do not deal with these people they are not reasonable and do not offer information or good advice at all. They are chaos no department appears to know what the other departments do.

TrustpilotVery nasty UK office
Very nasty UK office. Zero customer service. Tried to cancel my subscription but they just auto renewed later the same day. Particular bad service from Emmy who refused to pass on a message to my ‘account manager’ Jenny to call her customer back, insisting that I the customer need to send an email for a call back from Jenny. Disgraceful and dishonest organisation.

TrustpilotD&B continually reports me past due in error and wont fix it
D&B continually reports me past due on multiple accounts, i dispute and get a few of them removed, others that you wont remove, won't tell me who the name of who is reporting me past due. Then I wait 2 weeks and you still show the corrected removed accounts as still past due. I spend hours fixing this and then next quarter have to do it all over again.

TrustpilotThis company has a doubtful way of making money
Google requires me to give them a DUNS-number from Dun & Bradstreet. That is a useless number they give to each company automatically for absolutely no reason. Now I have to pay Dun & Bradstreet 15 euros just to get an automated email with a worthless number from their database I never gave permission to be in. I think it's a scam, basically. Apart from that: how on earth is Dun & Bradstreet allowed to keep and sell my information without my consent?

TrustpilotHow is this company allowed to publish…
How is this company allowed to publish peoples personal data/information on the worldwide web without their knowledge or consent? Also store detailed personal information on their databases? Just makes a mockery of the data protection act/law. Organisations like the AEPD seem unable to do anything to stop this. Are D&B just too big? I only found out my details had been published on their websites because I started receiving a lot of contact form scammers, so I investigated and found D&B/Informa/Einforma websites with a whole page of all my details - address, phone number, email, tax ref etc.. They probably have my bank details on their database. As most people know once your personal information is on the web that is it. Trying to get them to remove this information - well they are prepared with slippery individuals in place, armed with prewritten template letters with extracts from data protection law. They must get daily complaints. Where are they getting this information from?Well done D&B you have created a convenient website/s for every scammer - a one stop shop for scammers. It's only fair I dig up everything I can find on D&B, Informa, Einforma and publish it on a website/s. Obviously your employees won't mind a mention by name with their personal details below!! What a word we live in.

TrustpilotI had an issue with Google Developer…
I had an issue with Google Developer and needed to update our company info. Followed instructions and ended up on phone with US D&B, who gave me the wrong number for Canada Customer Service (line was disconnected) after waiting on the phone for 42 minutes. The Canada D&B web site shows a "404 Error" on the 'update your company' link, so spent another 45+ minutes on hold and working through a relatively friendly technician who stil treated me like I was a criminal trying to pull a scam. There was NO authentication process; the agent update the file and sent me an email, but there seems to be no verification and I could have been anyone. The agent claiimed "they would do diligence to confirm this". Both these companies need to get their act together and move these services online, with links that work, and MFA authentication, or, close shop forever, since both Apple and Google rely on their information to allow us to put Apps on their Stores. This is unacceptable, and I am not confident my information is safe and cannot be modified by another individual.

TrustpilotBuyer Beware!!!! Complete Garbage!! Can't Trust!!
Dunn & Bradstreet is complete and utter garbage. My company signed a year contract to get viable leads which I had to sort through before calling. They were supposed to be legit businesses in commercial buildings. I got home based businesses, PO Boxes and Hollywood phone numbers, you know, (555) area codes that only come up in movies. The time I spent filtering through their garbage was not worth the one or two viable leads in a hundred, and those are not good odds. My manager tried to get out of the contract within that same week she signed, and they have not listened, tried to make it her fault, and have behaved very unprofessionally. They are as trustworthy and professional as a company as Trump was as a president with his incessant presidential tweets. Both are a joke.

TrustpilotRequest for Pending Payment for Graphic…
Request for Pending Payment for Graphic Design ServicesDear Sirs of Dun & Bradstreet,My name is Omar Bustillos, I am a freelance graphic designer and was recently contracted by Jawedy Smith, who identified herself as an employee of your company, for the completion of six logos for a total of $1050 USD. The work was completed and delivered on time last 08/19/2024, meeting all specified requirements and receiving positive feedback on the quality of the work. However, I feel the need to contact you because the agreed payment for my services has not been made, despite my repeated attempts to resolve the situation amicably. The following are the facts:Hiring and Delivery: Last 08/19/2024, I was contacted by Jawedy Smith, who requested my freelance services for the creation of six logos, with the promise of a payment of 1050 USD. I delivered the work within the agreed 24-hour deadline and received confirmation of satisfaction both in writing and by voice note.Payment Process: Subsequently, I was provided with the contact of Stephan Kreisler, supposedly in charge of the finance department of his company, to coordinate the payment. I informed Stephan Kreisler that I have a U.S. bank account in the name of my company registered in Missouri and requested that the transfer be made to that account.Cryptocurrency Imposition: However, Stephan Kreisler insisted that the payment could only be made through a cryptocurrency platform. Despite my reservations and after several insistencies on his part, I proceeded to register on one of the suggested platforms and followed all his directions.Additional Deposit and Loss of Funds: Even so, Stephan Kreisler demanded that I make an additional deposit of 50 EUR in order to process the payment, which I consider an inappropriate and suspicious request. Despite having made a first deposit of 10 EUR in an attempt to receive the funds due, the payment of 1050 USD was never made. This situation is unacceptable, as not only has the payment agreement been breached, but I have also been forced to incur additional losses. I formally request that full payment of 1050 USD be made immediately, using the bank details I have already provided, without further delay or undue conditions.I also urge you to review internally the policies and procedures related to payment management to prevent other professionals from experiencing similar situations.I look forward to a prompt resolution of this matter. If I do not receive a satisfactory response within a reasonable period of time, I will be forced to take the necessary legal action to protect my rights and interests.
