GoogleEstate Agents often receive poor comments, but my experience with Home has been absolutely first class. From the initial discussions and valuation through to the stage we are now at - sold, STC - I have been met with great professionalism, good advice and excellent communication. Furthermore, the process has been both fast and smooth, resulting in a number of early viewings and an offer being accepted. I have been kept informed by different members of the team as soon as something was happening and I have absolutely no doubt that this level of communication will be maintained up to point of sale. A modern Estate Agent, delivering leading-edge service whilst sticking to the fundamentals of fantastic communication with their client. Highly recommended.

GoogleHonestly I am really not pleased with my time at home partnership (renting), took forever to received back my deposit after which I never got all invoices for repairs and yet was charged a lot of money to sort the repairs in the property. I am disappointed but glad I have finally left and do not want to have anything with them again.

GoogleBrilliant estate agents wouldn’t use anyone else! We have sold a property with home and they have been great from the start from the valuation, having professional photos taken everything has been done at such a high standard. I think through the whole process I have spoken to every member of staff and they have all been knowledgeable and professional. Home were recommend by a friend and we will be recommending to anyone going forward. Can’t thank them enough.

GoogleHOME have become our family estate agents! They have helped two generations of our family purchase three properties, with a fourth completing soon. The service from all the team at the Old Moulsham office has been brilliant. Their local knowledge was invaluable when we first moved into the area. The way they handled the sales was great and the costs are very competitive. Moving house can be stressful, but HOME take the sting out of the process. We’ve never had to chase HOME for anything - they always seem one step ahead, which is very comforting. We loved working with everyone at HOME and we can’t recommend them enough!

They supported us every step of the way on both occasions and took the stress out of what can be a complex process when moving! We also use their mortgage broking services which are great.
