GoogleSolomon from Haart has been very good at handling the process of purchasing a new property. I found him very honest when asking questions as well as having a great insight into the local market. He was prompt at answering any questions also and I would definitely recommend using Haart estate agents.

GoogleMy experience with Haart in general is OK, what made the difference is dealing with an agent called Shane. He is very knowledgeable in housing and worked quite hard to get us viewings. I found him quite impressive compared other estate agents that I have spoken to.

GoogleI advise against using this agency's services. I moved into an uncleaned apartment. It was only after my visit to their office, that a cleaning crew appeared. Of course, it was unrealistic to clean the whole apartment, because it was cluttered with my belongings. I also asked for the removal of things left after previous tenants, and furniture for which I have no use. After 2 weeks it still hasn't been sorted out. The worst letting agency I've ever had to deal with.
