GoogleWe had a valuation done on our property a few years ago. They gave us a quote much higher than other estate agents estimated and were comparing it to properties that didn’t reflect our property spec. The one property they had with our spec was sold for much less and when highlighted it felt abruptly challenged. We didn’t like the professional style used and as all the other estate agents came in at the same price we didn’t trust this valuation. We decided not to sell our house in the end, however I have been called every week for the last two years, even after blocking the numbers that have called a few times, with them leaving voice messages asking us to talk about our house. This has felt imposing and as a result not a service we would ever use again in the future. No other estate agents we worked with have done this and I have now called to request them to stop. We don’t feel this should have been required solely based on a one off valuation.
