GoogleMuktari was very professional and provided use with very helpful service. He and answered all questions that my wife and I had. He was very knowledgeable and ensured that we were provided with all the relevant information we needed. Given that we are new to the area, it was very useful having some with such great knowledge of the local area.

GoogleHaart estate agents asked me to leave a review however I won't mention names as requested. I received a letter through my door, a family were looking for a house like mine in the area so I thought I'd get a valuation on my property with the option to sell if it was what I was looking for. So I made an appointment, I confirmed the appointment and then they stood me up - they didn't even bother to phone to apologise until I emailed to tell inform them they'd missed our appointment. I guess 'that family' had found a different house. I'll definitely be using a different estate agents.

GoogleAntony at Haart was fantastic. Although we didn’t go with a property from Haart, we still feel our experience was a very positive one. Antony looked after us the whole time we were looking, and constantly kept us updated if anything came up that would fit our criteria. He also sent videos promptly of the properties (which were very helpful) and even managed to arrange an in person viewing for us at a property that was online only viewings. When we look to move again we will be sure to come to Antony.

GoogleHaart decreased our property listing without permission. They then lied and tried to justify their mistake. We asked them to change the price back to the original price, and then asked several times to remove the listing. They ignored all requests. Finally agreed to, but then still didn’t. Instead of removing, they pinned it as a “featured property” at the lower price. (Presumably to squeeze in new viewers and get interest before they had to remove the listing - a very unethical decision!). They are aware this has caused us damages and even offers being retracted!! Haart are an immoral company with no ethics. They do not represent their clients fairly or transparently. They only do what benefits then, at the massive expense of their customers. Untold damage has been done in regards to marketing our property in the current market (which is tough!). Avoid this agency!

GoogleThe last couple of months have been a challenging and difficult time to find just a 1 bed flat to rent. But Antony, after being made aware of the situation, has always been on the lookout. In most occasions has contacted me directly to inform me of what’s available, rather than me chasing him. He has been very quick to respond to my enquiries and helped throughout the entire process of securing the flat. I am very impressed by his professionalism and attention to detail throughout the process. I highly recommend Haart as a company and as a letting agent.
